When Two Become One (A Camren Fanfic)

Wide Awake

We were all back on the bus, i remained mostly in silence as they had only just stopped berating me about today. We're going who knows where, to do who knows what and i seriously couldn't care less. I just wanted our next break to sweep me away so i can finally regain a piece of my sanity. Our breaks away from each other where the only time the girls left me alone to do whatever i wanted, there are one hundred miles at least between me and any of the girls and i couldn't have been more thankful. I sat flicking through the channels on the television screen before i heard Vanessa groan angrily beside me. 

'Either pick something or give me the remote!' she snapped. I tossed it absentmindedly in her direction as i walked off toward my bed.

'Ouch that hurt' she complained. 

'Sue me!' i called back sliding into my bunk and pulling my curtain across. I know it was basically nothing but any little antic i get away with makes me all tingly inside and fills me with an overwhelming smug sense of accomplishment. I pulled out my phone and noticed i had a message. I clicked on it, and as my phone lit up so did my face.

From Camz ;-): So... i have another guess. Lauren, are you gay?

Shit, she seriously is the smartest cookie i have come across. How am i supposed to reply, i don't wanna lie to her but i can't tell her the truth. Shit, shit, shit!!! My hands hovered over the keys as i sighed loudly. 

To Camz ;-): I don't know... why? Do you want me to be?  

I grinned giddily at how flirty i had been and my stomach fluttered heavily. I didn't expect a response as she had sent that a few hours ago, so you could imagine my surprise when my phone lit up once more. 

From Camz ;-): Do you want me to want you to be? 

Uh oh, so we're going to playing this game are we? Oh dear. It's like Friends but altered slightly. Now the question is am i going to be Chandler or Phoebe? (If you haven't seen Friends - which is almost impossible, here's a quick summary: Chandler and Monica are secretly dating, Phoebe, Rachel and Joey all find out and decide to mess with them for not telling. And long story short, Chandler breaks under the pressure and confesses)

To Camz ;-): Do you want me to want you to want me to be? 

From Camz ;-): *sighs* Oh Lauren, poor little Lauren. I think you under estimate how persistent i can be. You will crack before me. 

To Camz ;-): Is that a threat?

From Camz ;-): It's a promise.

To Camz ;-): Damn, i guess i have no choice. 

From Camz ;-): Well you don't have to tell me, but i really would like to know.

To Camz ;-): Why do you want to know?

From Camz ;-): Why do you want me to want to know?

To Camz ;-): Not this again -_-

She wasn't lying when she said she was persistent.

From Camz ;-): It'll stop when you stop answering my questions with questions!

To Camz ;-): And that will only happen when you stop asking questions!
