SUNGHOON'S POV
I heard another gun shot. And I felt Jake hugged me. Please no.
He collapsed. I caught him.
"L-love?"
He smiled. Shit no please. He grunts and I followed his hand. And blood.
I opened my phone.
"MOM. PLEASE PICK US UP. CALL AN AMBULANCE. JAKE WAS SHOT."
"Love. Love hey?"
I lightly tapped him as I help him stop the bleeding. He's bleeding too much. Mom please hurry.
"Mmmm?"
"Don't sleep okay? Look at me."
His eyes looked tired. Please fight love.
"It h-hurts"
"Fight love. Fight. I'm here. Hang in there please."
He keeps on blinking. I looked at Jake's mom. To find her on the floor? Aunt Aera came to us.
"Did you call an ambulance?"
She dials on her phone.
"I did."
She keeps on cursing.
"I'm so sorry Jake. WE NEED AN AMBULANCE HERE AT *address* RIGHT NOW. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL BE FIRED IF YOU WON'T COME HERE IN A MINUTE."
The moment she hung up, an ambulance came. With mom.
We transferred Jake into the stretcher as we entered the car. Aunt Aera looked at me.
"Call me when you get there. I need to make sure that Yiri won't run away."
I nodded. I held Jake's hand. Please be okay. I can't lose you. Please.

SUNGHOON'S POV
Jake is getting better. Everything's falling into place. Ma'am Yiri is facing the court and is undergoing the investigation.
But in the meantime, she is confined in the rehabilitation center. They said that the incident that happened 7 years ago is very traumatic to her.
Nobody knows if she did it for self defense. But aunt Aera said that she really did saw her kill him. She wanted to know why but she went missing.
So in order to make sure that she will not hurt Jake, she kept him and made sure that she'll find her first before she could see Jake.
"Why are you spacing out?"
I felt someone poke me. And of course I knew who.
"I was just thinking."
"Of what?"
"When will we even reach our destination."
I faced Jake. He looks okay now. It's our summer vacation and I want to take him to a special one. I held his hand.
"You're the one who asked for this trip but you can't wait. Pft."
I just pouted.
For the past month, I just found myself loving him more. I just keep on loving him. I already knew it. I want to spend the rest of my life with him.
