This book is a work of fiction. I will try and base some parts of it on the Norse Mythology but this is for entertainment purposes and therefore I will not get everything correct. Most characters will be original but there will be some that belong to marvel/mythology like Thor, Loki, Odin, etc; but some will also belong to me like Drisanna, her sister, Bodhi, and most of the servants and lords and ladies. I will change the plot a bit from the movie but I will try and keep the original idea.

This is going to take place just before Thor but will continue on through it.

Here it i, I hope you enjoy.

Ice swords sung at Drisanna from either side making the princess duck and block them with her own. She shot fire as quickly as she could at her attacks while maintaining fighting with her ever faithful ruby encrusted sword. Her most prized possession.

More of the blue monsters joined the attack which meant Drisanna was fighting off five attackers and she knew she wasn't doing as well as she would have wanted to. While focusing on the attackers in front of her, one up the monsters came up behind her and quickly shoved an ice sword through her back making it pierce all the way through her soft flesh.

The princess let out a loud cry of pain before swinging her sword and decapitating her attacker. She fell to the ground, landing in the blue blood and dirt, and let out a groan of defeat. The monsters around her evaporated into thin air and left no trace of their existence. A man slowly walked a clap per second and he had a fake smirk plastered on his face that made Drisanna grow even angrier since she was already pissed about losing her fight.

"Well done your majesty. You just got yourself killed by Muspelheim's worst enemy. Another win for the Frost Giants."

"Well father," Drisanna spat. "I do believe you lost your arm to a Frost Giant. Was that another win for them?" She regretted the words the moment they left her mouth.

"You dare speak to me like that. I may be your father but I am also the king. I will have you executed in seconds you worthless scum. Your sister Alsafi shall take the throne while you rot in the ground. You Drisanna WILL SHOW ME RESPECT!" Surtr, King of the realm Muspelheim, raised his hand and striked his daughter square in the face. The blow made Drisanna stumble back but she did not lose her balance. Instead the princess fell to her knees in front of her father and looked at the ground to hide just how enraged she was.

"My dearest father, I ask pardon for my awful statement. I feel that the lose of my battle has brought out the worst of me. My eternal apologies sire." Drisanna hated apologizing to her father, Drisanna hated have her father as her battle trainer, Drisanna hated her father.

"My beautiful Drisanna, you are just like me. You hate defeat, and do you know how we stop defeat?" He pulled her up to her feet and looked at Drisanna with an eyebrow raised. Before she could so much as answer, he pushed her away from him and growled.

"We keep practicing and win all our wars. Now here is your sword, get back to fighting. Oh and try and make it past 2 hours this time." Drisanna cursed under her breath and drew her sword into battle position, but not before she whispered a small statement to herself.
