Ch 1: Good News?

Author's Note: First off, Tokoyami's parents I did not come up with, I just happened to find a piece of artwork on Pinterest and I thought it could be useful. I do NOT own the art & I did NOT come up with the parents. Please bare with me guy's when I saw the art I had absolutely No Idea who the character tht was chosen to be Tokoyami's father was. Until I looked up the character but the character as his mother I knew so just bare with me on this, plz.😅

Setting: The Dorms: Common Area

N: Everyone was in the common area watching a movie, all the girls were on the floor with their blankets eating popcorn. And the guy's were on the couches and chairs drinking sodas while eating popcorn too, when Tokoyami got a message from his father. He stepped away for a second to check the message.

-Tokoyami's Phone-

Father: "Son, I have some big news to tell you. But I wanna do it in person, I'll see you tomorrow at the house when you get off school."

Tokoyami: "Father. Wonder what it is?"

N: Ever since Tokoyami can remember before and when he came to U.A he hasn't heard from his father. Tokoyami's father is a pro hero so work keeps him busy from spending time with his son. But from time to time, once in a while he and his father check in with each other. No one in his class has ever met his parents and he doesn't really talk about them, so him getting a message from his dad saying that he wants to talk in person is pretty surprising. But he's glad he wants to do it somewhere else in private. Tokoyami decided to go to bed early so he said goodnight to everyone else and went to his room. He laid on his bed looking at the ceiling wondering what he's gonna say to his dad and what his dad wants to tell him. Not long after, Tokoyami started to slowly drift off to sleep, then he started to dream.

"~Fumi.~"

"Fumi? There you are. Come along." A woman's voice called in a echo.

"Yes, mother." Tokoyami said with his voice in a echo.

N: Tokoyami's eyes opened then he slowly sat up and looked around his room.

Tokoyami: "Hmm." He looked down a bit with a hint of a sad tone in his voice.

N: Dark Shadow suddenly appeared and opened the curtains to his balcony where a bright light shined through the glass. Tokoyami blinked and rubbed his eyes then he looked down at his bed spread that covered his legs.

Tokoyami: "Mother."

N: A few minutes passed and Tokoyami was ready for school. He was straitening his tie a bit then he was on his way, where he found Sero, Shoji, and Koda outside in the hall talking. Sero looked over his shoulder and noticed Tokoyami coming out of his room.

Sero: "Hey, Tokoyami."

Tokoyami: "Oh, good morning."

Sero: "Dude you missed the movie last night, the ending was awesome!" He said with excitement in his voice.

Tokoyami: "Interesting, then I suppose I'll have to watch it another time." He said walking towards them.

Sero: "Hey, you okay man? You look a little distracted."

Tokoyami: "I'm quite well thank you. Let's have breakfast and get to class." He said walking down the hall.
