"How's it looking?"
He asks.
"It's incredible. The neural implantation system is working flawlessly. The machine is almost perfect."
Keepers watches as the robotic arm opens and closes its fingers.
Funny.
It looks almost fleshy.
A bundle of wires and tubes like veins, feed energy and vital fluids to the fingers and joints.
A metal skeleton is fixated in the center, stronger than steel.
White sheets of metal bent and molded into perfect interlocking shapes make up its armor-like skin.
A prototype.
Cadmus.
Those who designed it, deemed it unstable.
They feared progress.
Keepers does not.
With an A.I to run the suit, he knows he can make it better than it was intended.
This machine will be one of his greatest creations.
In Greek myths, Cadmus was a monster Hunter.
He killed dragons.
This is exactly what Keepers hopes this creation of his will be able to accomplish.
A weapon capable to destroying G183 should it be needed.
The weapon is almost ready.
He watches as a face plate is lowered over its robotic head.
Perfect.

It's intricate work.
The A.I unit was the first thing to be removed.
G183 is heavily sedated.
Without the Machine's guidance, the creature is unpredictable.
It's like letting a wolf off the leash and removing the muzzle.
Chapman is cautious, but not afraid.
He imprinted on the creature the day it was 'born'.
It only true loyalty is to him.
And he knows it.
It's whole life the animal has had strings attached to him, never allowed to be himself.
Chapman created him to depend on others in this way.
With all programming removed, the leash is loosened.
Keepers grip on him is slipping.
It's eyes open.
Chapman looks down, taking notice of this new development.
"7 minutes."
He says, glancing at the clock.
That amount of tranquilizer is enough to kill 3 elephants.
His body burned through it in 7 minutes.
It's quills rise.
He's trying to sense the room, it's dimensions, what's around him.
The back of his head is still hooked up to computers, he knows better than to rip them out.
It's now that it gets a good look at the Doctor.
He's badly beaten.
Walks with a slight limp.
"Who hurt you?"
He asks inside his head.
Chapman continues mumbling to himself.
It can tell he's afraid of something.
Chapman knows he will not walk away from this alive.
What he's about to do, it will cost him his life.
Of that he is sure.
But he won't go down without causing damage first.

"Miss Ayla?"
"Yes?"
"This is Mikel Keepers, your husband works for me."
"What's going on?"
"There's been an accident. I need you to come right away."
"Is he okay?"
"He's stable. He wants to see you."
There's a pause.
Miss Ayla's blood has gone cold.
Last thing she remembers, her husband was going to fight a monster.
She turns to their child, playing on the living room floor.
He bashes two plastic dinosaurs together.
Should she tell him?
What would she say?
"Come on, we're going to go see Daddy."
She says softly, trying to mask her fear.
Even at his young age, Alan can tell somethings wrong.
Dad has always been secretive about his work.
The only thing he knows, is that his dad always tells the best stories.
Some of them, he even believes to be true.
Even as his mother puts him in the back seat, he can't help but feel slight dread building in his stomach.

He hacked into the cameras.
He can see the feed, the halls leading to the red room where he operates on the beast.
He sees Keepers walking towards the operating room.
He's holding a personal file.
Several armed guards accompany him.
Chapman knows what is going to happen next.
Keepers is prepared to Kill the Doctor.
He doesn't have much time.
Only a few minutes until he's at the door.
This can only mean he's unlocked the secrets of the Coffin retrieved by Captain Ayla and his men.
He looks at the beast, strapped to the table.
It's big crystal amber eyes meet his in a look of worry and fear.
Such emotion from a reptile.
The wires are still attached to the back of its head.
He has to act fast.
It's now that he realizes this is no longer about him.
He has to do what's best for the animal.
He has to set it free.
That means, truly free.
It's memories, it's emotions, it's abilities, he's going to restore them.
He has to set him truly free.
The doorknob jingles.
He hasn't much time.
"Get this door open."
Keepers voice chimes.
He works fast, pulling up the forbidden files on G183.
It's memories.
He takes the liberty of uploading the schematics and layout of their base into his head as well.
This will prove useful to him in the future.
But for now, G183 is going on a small journey.
"This might make you uncomfortable."
He warns as he presses a button, confirming his command.
