"Will somebody hurry up and explain why we are here?!" Vixen yelled. I sat down on the couch in my living room and grinned. Jake still had his confused look as he sat on the other end of the couch. Beanie and Vixen each sat on the one person chairs.

"I'm agreeing with Vixen there. You just suddenly dragged me to your house with a giant grin, even though you were depressed twenty minutes ago." Jake laughed. I guess he was both confused and amused by the situation. I laughed and looked at all of my friends.

"We are allowed to partner up for the Community Service Project in Civics. Anybody want to team up?" I asked. They all exchanged looks before turning back to me and nodded. "In that case, I have our project. Little Creek Stables will be shutting down in a month unless Mr. Davis can get a thousand dollars. A new stable moved in and it's running him out of business. My idea is that we host a little fundraiser to earn the money Mr. Davis needs. It will also give him some more popularity for Little Creek." I explained.

"I was right, this was definitely a crazy idea that you came up with." Jake laughed. "I'm in. I'll do anything to help save Little Creek Stables." He added. Vixen just shrugged and nodded her head.

"I guess it'll look bad if I say no." Beanie laughed. "I'm in. Only because we will never hear the end of it if Little Creek were to shut down." I jumped up and clapped my hands excitedly, causing them all to laugh at me. I sat back down on the couch and pretended that nothing happened.

"Alright, now we need to start making plans." I began. "We need to figure out the location, prices, what we are going to have there..." I explained and just trailed off at the end. Everybody seemed to go deep in thought as we thought of ideas. Suddenly, Jake lifted his head quickly.

"I know a location we could have! Remember that field by the forest we love to trail ride in? I can't remember its name but it's the perfect size." He explained. I know exactly what he was talking about so I quickly wrote it down on a piece of paper before looking back up at him.

"The name of the park is Starry Park. We can hold the fundraiser up until it gets dark so Stargazing can be one of the activities." I laughed. He nodded in agreement and we all went back to thinking. "We could have the time start around lunch time and provide food..." I mumbled half to myself. I wrote that down and continued to think.

"If the place is helping Little Creek, then we should consider holding some trail rides. Like Jake said, you both love to take trail rides in. That would be fun for even beginner riders." Vixen suggested. I nodded and wrote that idea down.

"Let's try activities like games and crafts along with a bounce house. You can never go wrong with those." Beanie added. I nodded in agreement and wrote that down. More little kids would want to go if we had things like that for them to do.

"Let's keep money in mind. I'm sure we can find things for free, but we will probably need our parents to buy us certain things. Like the bounce house for example." I said. Beanie shook her head and I raised an eyebrow.

"For my eighth birthday, I had a bounce house. I guess my parents bought it because we have it in a giant box in my garage." She explained. My eyes widened in surprise and I shrugged. I guess we won't have any problems with the bounce house then.

"For prices we could charge ten dollars per adult and five per child for admission. Then we can have them pay for food and certain games as well. Trail rides will probably be the most expensive." Jake chipped in. I nodded, that wasn't a bad idea at all.

"We can also tie the horses to the posts by the river. Another option would be to get that round ring and keep the horses in that." I said as I wrote down the ideas that were just given. I heard footsteps and looked over at my mom who had just walked into the living room. "I called them over so we can plan our Community Service Project." I said simply. She nodded and walked away without a word. I laughed a little bit at how she didn't bother to ask what we were going to do.

"Okay, we have gotten some of the things taken care of. We need to figure out an exact date and time along with the extra prices and the games we plan on having." Vixen returned our attention to the planning. I stared at the notebook filled with the current ideas and sighed.

"This is more difficult than I had expected. How about, we also hold some competitions that could have prizes along with the trail rides. Maybe we can have a horse race or some other type of competition." I offered another idea. They agreed with me so I wrote down the idea as well.

"We will obviously need permission from Mr. Davis to use the horses. How many horses are there right now?" Beanie asked. I counted out who we had on my fingers, not bothering to count Hershey.

"We have five horses that are suited for this kind of thing. Some people keep horses on their land so they could bring in their own as well." I answered. She nodded and I began writing down things that we still needed. When I was done, I looked up at the clock and noticed that it was starting to get late. "Jake, you might want to call one of your parents to pick you up." I said and looked over at him. He nodded and began dialing a number on his phone. I looked over to Vixen and Beanie. "You two want to see if you can spend the night?" I asked.

"I'll call my mom to bring me some clothes." Vixen said and also began dialing a number. Beanie nodded her head to answer my question and called her parents as well.

~Picture to the side is of Starry Park, during the day. There won't be one of it at night but just picture that, except darker and with a bunch of stars in the sky. XD~
