CHAPTER 53: WELCOME TO THE WORLD

LISA POV

"Lisa~" Jennie shakes my arm to wake me up. I quickly get myself up and look at my wife. I'm nervous as f*ck everyday when the doctor check her and told us that she could be in labor this week or the next. It's the mid of July now for your information

"Yes yeobu? Are you hungry?" I ask and she nods then tell me to grab her strawberries. I quickly get up and grab a box of strawberries from our mini fridge. I bought a mini fridge for her. It's tiring you know? Getting some foods from the kitchen at dawn. I bought the box of strawberries to the bed and turns on the lights for her to see

"Grab me some chocolate syrup please" Jennie said. I went back to our mini fridge but it was all consumed. Owh~ I guess I really need to go down to the kitchen. I quickly inform Jennie that I'll get her choco syrup but she was just very busy picking the strawberries 

"Ms. Manoban? You need anything?" The bodyguard bows when I pass by him at our stairs

"No" I smile and proceed to the kitchen and grab some choco syrup. I just grab some water bottles to coz there's no more water in our mini fridge

"LISAAAAA!" I quickly flinch when my wife called me. I quickly run back to our room as fast as lightning. She may be very impatient already

"Nini!" I burst in our room towards our bed and set down the choco syrups and water "Here I bought-"

"FCK! LALISA! IT HURTS!" Jennie winces in pain as she holds her big tummy

"Why? Is the baby kicking to hard?" I confusedly ask but my eyes widen when I saw some wet marks on the bed and out of my wife's legs

"Hey baby why are you peeing? Come let me-"

"FCK! LALISA! MY WATER JUST BROKE!" Jennie was already crying and I quickly know what's already happening

"Oh boo!" I quickly went to Jennie's side and help her up "MOM!!!" I shout as loud as I could then I slowly bring Jennie to our bathroom. As I said she chose to have a water birth method "MOM!!!" I shout again

"AHHHHH! LISA! FCK YOU FOR MAKING ME LIKE THIS!" Jennie keeps on cursing while I guide her to the bathtub and fill it with a relaxing water temperature

"Baby...Breathe..." I cup her face and let her look into my eyes then guide her to breathe

"JENNIE!" Our moms barges in our bathroom in their pajamas

"Lisa go in the bathtub with Jennie" My mom instructs me which I quickly followed and sit infront of Jennie. I then remove her bottom clothes and lift her maternity gown a little

"AHHHHH! IT HURTS" I let Jennie hold my hand as tight as she can

"The doctor is on her way here. Jennie when I say push, you push ok?" My mom said in which Jennie just nod. I quickly fix her legs at the side of my waist which mom told me to do

"Push Jennie!" And with that Jennie groans as she tries to push 

"AHHHH!" Jennie cries louder and grips tighter on my hands

"Come on baby! You can do it!" I said kiss her hands

"Go Jennie push!" Mom said, she's staying beside me, guiding Jennie

"A-ANI!!!" Jennie screams as she tries to push more

"We need to go to the hospital" Mommy Shin-hye said as she saw Jennie struggling

"An-ani! I can do this!" Jennie said and holds my hands tighter

"Come on you can do it!" I said and look down at her pelvic area "I can see the head!" I said and look at my mom  

"Ok push Jennie!" Mom said "Give all of your power Jennie!" She added because if not the baby will drown

"ARGHHHHHHHHH!" Jennie screams in pain as she gives all her power. She was squeezing my hands very tight and it hurts but i know she's feels more pain than this

"Ok!" Mom said and quickly grabs the baby out of the water and that's when we heard him cry "Shin-hye my scissors please" Mom said and cuts the cord between Jennie and our baby

"Hon~" I wipe Jennie's tears and get the baby from my mom. As I hold him, tears left my eyes, I'm a parent now "Hon~" I smile widely as I look at Jennie and to our son "Hey Jonathan~" 

"Are you ok Jennie?" Her mom ask her and wipes her sweat

"I'll check if the doctor arrived"  Mom said and leaves us. I give the baby to Jennie  "Hon~ our first born" She smile weakly and looks at Jonathan, our first child

"Let me take Jonathan first" Mommy Shin-hye slowly take Jonathan from Jennie "I'll let the doctor clean first and Lisa make sure Jennie doesn't pass out" She instructed and leaves

"Great job hon" I lean forward and kiss Jennie's forehead she just smile back weakly

"Let's get you out" I get out of the bathtub because the water is turning red already because of her blood. We need to stitch up her wound. I quickly remove my clothes and wear my bathrobe then grabs a towel then wrap it around her then carry her out of the bathroom

"Doc!" I said and place Jennie on our bed. Mommy Shin-hye guides me out of our bedroom as they will clean up both my wife and son

"Mom go back to sleep, I'll wait for Jennie" I insist because it's 5 AM in the morning

"Alright Lisa" She pats my head and I also thank her before she left. While waiting I texted our dads, Jisoo, Chae, Sajangnim and our managers about Jennie. I better get ready for them coming here later.

I waited for more than 40 minutes until mom came out with the nurse. I thank the nurse and my mom and also told her to go back to bed then I went in our bedroom then carries Jennie to the other guest room which I let the maid prepared while the doctor carries Jonathan since our bedroom is a mess

I tuck Jennie to bed and kiss her forehead then face the doctor "Thank you doc" I smile

"It's nothing Lisa" She smiles back and gives me a list "Here are some medicines, don't let her walk for 3 days ok? And also here are some vitamins that she needs to take for 3 days also and call me if there are problems" She said and I thank her again then she left

I fix Jennie on the bed again and check Jonathan in his crib. I smile widely as I scan his face, he only has my eyes and the rests are Jennie's like his mandu cheeks. He's sleeping soundly now , I caress his little face "WELCOME TO THE WORLD JONATHAN LANCE KIM-MANOBAN"
