"I told you I'm feeling better. I'm sorry okay." Lara frowns, chewing the rest of the burger while Jin didn't stop asking about how she was feeling.
"Focus on your inner spirit and tell me again if you feel a tad bit weird? Like internally." Jin asks again and Lara did her best to calm down and answer everything. It is annoying but it's Jin, she didn't want to be rude. Besides, he seemed like he is genuinely worried.
Lara took Jin's hand in hers. "Jin, what are you implying? I told you I'm okay, the leaf's gone in my throat and I can breathe well now."
"Uh, nothing. maybe the juice was expired like a decade rotten?" he croaked. It was suspicious since he refused to look you in the eye. You conclude he was joking so you ride with it.
But then it struck you, the flavor did taste different. "Oh makes sense! But it tastes better." you tilt your head before zipping your backpack close. It genuinely tastes unique. Kinda metallic but you then concluded maybe it was the expiration bacteria.
"What? Are you joking?" Jin furrows his eyebrows and you do the same. "But I am serious. Do you prefer expired beverages? Weird. I don't blame you. Maybe we've got a common ground then."
As you blabber, Jin jumps to conclusions that he badly want to share. It was their blood ration after all. Which you took as delicious. Which is not normal for a human. Which then leads to mixed thoughts all over the place.
He stands up abruptly, "Haha wow look at the time Lara." Jin laughs awkwardly pulling his sleeves to reveal nothing. He realized that foolishness and laughed it off, "I remember my cousin is coming to school next week I should probably welcome him." he announced and you stood there not registering anything he says.
"It's late. I think it'll rain you should go stay under a roof, yes?" he suggested with a wide smile. "But it's sunny..." you were confused as to why he was pushing you to walk forward with the widest smile he had.
After placing you at the pathway in front of the fountain, he leaves while laughing loudly, walking towards the field.
You look at Jin's figure getting smaller as he walks farther. He was walking fast and quite stiff. Still confused, you shrug it off and walked towards the high school building. "I guess I'd have to study with my classmates at study hall. But they don't take it seriously." you whine but ended up studying there with them all week.

"It was really really hard. But cross that out it's done, hm. We're done with exams! Yay! Do you know what that means Lara? Celebration!" Sana jumps around while you both head to Nayeon and Jungyeon's exam room. As all of you decided to go to the hall together. There's a celebration for middle and high school students held at the third floor hall. It is to honor them for completing the three day exam. Foods, tables and chairs paired with music and performances are offered.
After fetching the two, it was time to celebrate. The hall is full of faces you see all the time at school grounds. Some were your classmates, schoolmates and some were those who tried to talk to you but couldn't. Admirers.
Finally, Jungyeon claimed a table. "I'll go get us drinks first." you left, aiming at the lustful fruit punch. But a tall boy blocked your way, it was Jungkook.
"It's been a while since we last met at the clinic. You well?" Jungkook asked as his hand wraps around your neck while his pinky lifts your chin to look up at him. He bends down to face you better.
Then you turn red at how he's handling you, "I'm okay it's been a week since then Jungkook and your hand.. is on a strange place." you mutter the last statement. Jungkook had been stroking your neck up and down of your collarbone. It felt suggestive, you liked it but then again it's suggestive.
