Clint's POV

"Stark you gonna tell us what the hell was in that book?" I asked sitting down on the sofa like the rest of the team and Tony nodded still looking a little pale.

"So, I'm sure you all wondering what the names mean..." Tony Started.

"Damn right we are," Pietro grumbled, which Tony ignored.

"So to put it simply, in that world, wherever it is we went, people are born with a name on there body, in some cases more than two, but that's not relevant. Anyway, the name is the other person's err, the other persons..." Tony briefly caught eyes with Steve before looking away. "Soulmate." He wobbled.

"I-I'm sorry I must have misheard you!" Steve said his eye's wide.

"No you heard me correctly alright. I still have the book," Tony blushed, Tony Stark actually blushed. "So you can all look for yourselves." He held out the book which Steve snatched. Flicking through it quickly Steve found what he was looking for and quickly read the section. I had never seen someone read so fast. Steve's eyes moved over the page at an unbelievable pace.

"So were soulmates?" Pietro turned to me and said, I was having trouble making eye contact with the speedster.

"It would appear so." I murmered.

"Like your my perfect other half? Were destined to be together? So we should totally..." Pietro tried.

"Well there's nothing to say you can't but when someone finds there soulmate it's usually it for the rest for there lives." Tony interrupted. "Some of the books went into more detail but basically you get paired with someone who is exactly your type." Some mouths dropped open at that, especially Sam's and Wanda's. Tony cleared his throat before continuing. "They are what you are most attracted to and like the same err... level of intimacy." Tony finished glancing down.

"OOHH!!" Pietro squealed. "We are going to have the best sex!"

"Pietro!" I scolded my cheeks bright red.

"What? Lets be honest here for a moment. It is not a secret that I have had a crush on you since we met? What? You didn't see that coming?" Pietro grinned.

"I think we should talk about this privately, Pietro. Don't you see! Your 19 and I'm 34? I'm like 15 years older than you! That's gotta be illegal?" I said putting my head in my hands.

"Hang on a second Tony?" Sam butted in, "I thought you said they were who we were most attracted to?"

"That's right."

"But Steve and Bucky... They're straight?" He asked. As Sam finished his sentence everyone looked around to see Steve and Bucky looking very awkward next to each other. Steve had now closed the book They glanced at each other and nodded,

"Well, were both sorta bisexual," Steve said,

"How do you know," Sam asked crossing his arms,

"Well," This time Bucky spoke, "Steve and I, we sorta have had experience with that, with..." He hesitated, "With each other,"

"WHAT!" Sam and Tony said at the same time.

"How did yo-, when did yo-" Tony spluttered, "I think I need to lie down," He made his way down to the couch, Sam managed to stay upright.

"You two?" Sam asked looking between them, "MY soulmate dated Steve FUCKING Rodgers!" He continued crossing his arms again.

"Sam don't," Bucky said,

"Don't what? Don't freak out! How can I not freak out? Again MY soulmate dated, slept with, made out with Steve FUCKING Rodgers? Captain America for crying out loud!" He half shouted pacing,

"Well we never did the second one, it was only for about a month, after I saved him and all, and then he kinda fell off the train, so I thought he was dead but whatever?" Steve said and Bucky elbowed him in the ribs making Steve recoil.

"This is unbelievable!" Sam said, "You guys obviously still have feelings for each other, your pretty much inseparable! You may as well be making out in front of us! You know what I'll just leave, make it easier for you!" Sam walked out the room rubbing his forehead as he did.

"Sam wait!" Bucky said running after him.

Bucky's POV

"Sam wait!" I shouted

"Wait for what?" He snapped turning round to face me.

"Sam, please let me explain!" I pleaded.

"What is there to explain! You love Steve, Steve loves you! Congratulations," Sam said In a mocking tone,

"Loved," I corrected. "I loved Steve, I don't anymore, Sam!"

"Really?" He asked and I nodded.

"Well whose my soulmate? You or Steve huh?" I said smiling and Sam smiled back.

"I'm Sorry for overreacting," He said and I moved closer.

"Sammy it's fine," I said.

"Sammy?" He asked amused moving closer too,

"Yea it's cute," I said now inches away from him.

"I like it, Jamie." Sam said biting his lip and I couldn't take it anymore. I smashed my lips against Sam's and he kissed back. We jumped back though when our Calves started burning again. We checked them and they had turned gold.

"We need to tell everyone," I said and Sam nodded rather alarmed.
