Chapter 7

After they defeat the monsters on their way to the domain's entrance, they sought for a current shelter nearby to rest and heal before continuing their journey. If they proceed without resting, they would be dead even before they managed to reach where Chan is.

When they found somewhere that was deemed safe and out of sight for them to recharge and heal, they stopped for a while.

They all sat somewhere with their pets by their side. Seungmin chose to sit close to Minho. Hyunjin went around healing the others. Hyunjin had offered to heal Seungmin first but he refused and said to prioritize the others.

Jeongin looked at him disapprovingly but said nothing. Seungmin groans, now feeling the pain from the impact earlier. A hand offers a water bottle in front of him. He traces it back to its owner and finds Minho looking at him.

He takes the water bottle with a thanks before draining it all in one go. He stares at Minho who is now looking at Jisung, who is being healed by Hyunjin. The older is wearing a fond expression on his face.

He looks away and gets drowned in his own thoughts. Seungmin still can't pinpoint on how Minho knows where and why Chan was in the said domain when if he remembered correctly, the domain was long abandoned and there was nothing there.

Seungmin faces Minho, " Hold up Minho-hyung, how'd you know where Chan is? From what I heard and remembered just then, they have no idea or clues on where he is."

Minho lets his eyes wander to Jeongin for a second who was currently patching up Changbin before looking at Seungmin again ,

"He hid something there. Something very important . Something that has a lot of people wanting to either destroy and restore."

"Why hide it there? This- this place hasn't been opened for ages. I can't- I mean no one can control that place anymore," Seungmin says.

Minho clutches LeeBit a bit tighter to his chest. LeeBit stares at Seungmin wanting to wipe the negative emotions on his owner's friend. He could see PuppyM holding onto FoxyIny behind Jeongin. A little bit out of the others sight. They had just come back from collecting some sunsettias and apples from nearby trees for everyone.

"It's safer there. And... we...he figured that, it would be what he wanted," Minho explained not looking at Seungmin's eyes.

"What ? Who wanted what?" Jeongin asked. He was now even more curious about what his brother and Minho was talking about. They have been talking in some kind of a secret kind of code and way ever since Minho just appeared out of nowhere months back in their small cottage by the city of Monstradt.

No answered him, the two friends just staring at each other. Seungmin sighs, "Is it really..."

"Seungmin-"

"Let's just go. Chan could be in danger if he's trapped there," Seungmin stops, realization falling upon him. "How did he get trapped there? If I remember correctly Chan is smart and he'd be able to get out of there with a bit of help from his companion. The traps there... are too weak for the Geo Archon... especially now that no one controls it."
