After months of getting nightmares, Seungmin finally realized. All those nightmares were actually memories. Memories from his past life. His past life of being an archon. THE Pyro Archon that the town has taught the children about being the bad one who was the cause of the Celestia to fall and the Hydro Archon killed.
At first Seungmin refused to believe all the history being told at school and those storytellers of Monstradt. Because it was the exact same as his dreams. His nightmares altho have some twists here and there. He refused to believe it until the one nightmare where the Hydro archon killed him to stop him from ascending in his current state of hatred and greed clouding his judges.
The nightmare unlocking the memories he wished to not remember.
He woke up startled and looked around figuring out where he was. When he saw Jeongin sleeping beside him, his heart calmed for a bit.
"Oh lord what is happening?" he said to himself and wiped his face of the tears that flowed down his face.
Seungmin decided to go for a walk waking FoxyINy to tell the little fox that and that to not worry Jeongin if he woke up and he was not there. The fox nodded and stay up for a bit to look after the cottage while Seungmin went out to take a breather.
After a long walk that unconsciously led him to the highest point of where the hydro archon's statue was located, he turned to gaze at the view of where he was....

The view brings another round of flashbacks of one of his many dreams...
The one where the Hydro archon brings him there at midnight to stargazed and look at the city of freedom, Monstradt.
That he finally accepted that those dreams of nightmares are his past life's memories. He didn't deny it anymore. His knees felt weak and he fell beside the hydro's archon's statue and cried... He cried his eyes out. He finally broke down from all the memories of the past and his life now.
"why? WHYYYYY WHY ME WHY WHY?!!!!?!" Seungmin screamed out of anger and pain and mostly regretted his past.
"i'm sorry oh my god what- I-" he sobbed and apologized all over, stuttering in between his sobs to the hydro archon's statue.
What he didn't know was that someone, someone was there on top of the statue seeing him breaking down and apologizing to the statue. It broke the person's heart too but his grief is still there. He knew Seungmin wasn't entirely at fault for the war that broke out centuries ago but he was still hurt by it.
