The phone this time has a news crew surrounding it.The same man ignored the'yre questions and silenced them as Jax's voice took over."I remeber when that building was raided. luckily we were gone by then.but we had an...unwanted guest."the white flash appears only this time a little brighter.Jax was still on watch duty,Ace was the first to awake.The dog yawned and stretched before wagging his tail.Marcus was slumped on a wall having his rifle nearby.Jane was still resting on the ground. Jax woke them both."we need to leave. They'll be searching here soon"he picked up his rifle but was instantly back on the ground as the bullet whizzed past causing a large hole in the wall behind them.Jax started firing in the direction it came from."I'll distract him! Get out of here!"Almost instantly Jane,Marcus, and Ace sprang to their feet.Jax soon followed behind hearing another bullet hit the floor.Marcus busted donw the door in their way and they climbed up the stairwell. Yet somehow bullets were still barely missing them.Getting to the roof Jax sped ahead of them and kicked down the door tothe roof breaking the hinges clean off. The sniper was on the next few buildings oppisite from them.Jax motioned them to follow as he jumped onto a diffrent building."we need to get out of range!"Marcus didnt move and stood his ground. "We can take him.Running wont help." Jax was a little shocked by the words and shook it off ."No, we have to leave!" Jax yanked him forward and started running again. Marcus hesitated but followed behind .Jax's hand glowed blue as he turned around and started firing the energy at the sniper.He kept running and looked back. The smoked cleared but the laser was still there.Jane took action and ran towards the snipers position.Jax tried to stop her but failed to grab her arm before she left. She was scaling the buildings like they were small boxes. the sniper didnt cease and fired faster. soon it was a full on chase . The sniper got up and started running the gold plating on his rifle glinted from the sun bouncing off of it. Jax and Marcus soon started following behind as fast as possible.The sniper kept glancing over his shoulder only to find jane still in pursuit. The tip of his rifle glowed brightly flashing red and orange. The barrel started smoking and he stopped . Turning quickly he fired a massive blast. Jane simply hopped over it . Instead it skimmed pass hitting Jax . Jane caught up from the snipers stop and drew her sword stabbbing the sniper through the chest. After he fell she picked up the rifle. It was suprisingly light for being gold plated. Marcus lifted Jax onto his shoulder and started climbing down the building.Jane also salvaged the snipers armor. This was good since the blast shatterd Jax's helmet and wore down his amor onto the verge of breaking. The kept walking and hid in an alley to rest. The white flash appears and the phone is once again visible. "Thats all for now."the crowd disappeared and the phone was left to beep in the silence. waiting for a call.
