"Wanna go to a party this Saturday?" I asked Roman, sitting next to him. Tasia was on the other side of Roman.

"I would love to go! I can party until my legs cave in." Tasia bounced in her seat.

"Not you, baby. I was asking Roman." I said, shaking my head.

"I was going to decline anyway. I'm going to a different party anyway." She said, and I rolled my eyes.

I turned to Roman, who was laughing at us. "Yeah, I would love to go." he said, and thought for second. "As long as I don't have to do any streaking, that's private." He winked at me.

"No streaking, got it." I said, smiling at him.

"Okay you two. Spill it." I heard Tasia say.

"Spill what?" Roman asked.

"You," she said, pointing at Roman, "And you," she pointed at me. "Something is going on between you two and I want to know exactly what it is."

I looked at Roman and he shrugged. He put up his hands and sank his head in defeat. "You got us." He said. "We're ninjas." He narrowed his eyes and smirked at Tasia.

I laughed as Tasia smacked Roman's arm. "You're not funny."

"Ow, that kind-of hurt." He smiled at Tasia.

"Seriously, tell me. I won't tell a soul, I promise." Tasia pleaded.

I glanced at Roman, and he shrugged. He took my hand and kissed it. Tasia was fan-girling in her seat.

"Ohmigod, ohmigod, ohmigod!" Tasia said.

I blushed as Roman flashed his signature grin. Again, I'm glad I'm black or he would see it.

"You two did the dirty, didn't you?" Tasia wiggled her eyebrows.

"No! No, no, no, no! A thousand times no!" I yelled.

The teacher eyed me. I mouthed sorry.

"Damn, I feel hurt." Roman said, faking a frown.

"So you guys are just a couple?" Tasia asked.

"Yup, and because of him my hair got wet." I said, and realized what I just said.

Roman grinned, and Tasia laughed. "He got it in your hair?"

"No! Not like that you dirty minded assholes!" I folded my arms and slumped in my chair.

"We went to the beach last night, or should I say this morning." Roman said.

"Beach?" Tasia asked.

"Yeah, he woke me up in the middle of the night telling me that he was taking me to the beach." I said.

"Sounds romantic." Tasia said.

"Ohmygod, it was. The moonlight made the water look so beautiful. Then we took a nice walk in the sand! It was like amazing! But the bastard got my hair wet!" I said, narrowing my eyes at him. He laughed.

"I thought you said that I made it up with the Starbucks and the date." Roman said.

"You did, but I'm still mad, and a little sleepy." I said.

"Don't worry about him, he'll get over it in like a month. Anywho, have you guys kissed yet?" Tasia looked at me and Roman.

"Damn! Nosey much?" I asked Tasia.

She held up her hands, "I got nothing better else to do except interrogate you guys."

"What about school work?" I narrowed my eyes at her.

"I said nothing better." she smiled at me. "So, did you guys kiss yet?" She asked again.

Roman sighed, and turned to me, wrapping an arm around my neck and pulling me close to him. He pressed his lips against mine. Tasia was squealing.

"To answer your question, yes we did, multiple times." Roman said with a smirk.

I pushed him away from and he was stilling smirking. "Shut up, don't encourage her." I said.

"He doesn't have to encourage me, I do what I want." Taisa said.

They both laughed as I slumped in my seat again. Ugh, my boyfriend and my friend, fast friends but annoying as hell.

Blondie's gonna die soon. Him and Don, together? No! I just wouldn't accept it. Donny was mine!

My best friend.

I really hated him. He comes from god knows where and takes my boy-best friend away from me, and makes me look like the bad guy.

He has an ass-kicking coming his way. One that will send him to the hospital, maybe even to the ward.

My phone buzzed and I fetched it. It was a text message from Britney.

My house, 2:00pm. Be ready to party! Be there or be square

I smiled at her text. She really wanted me to go to her party. I was also smiling at the fact that I get a whole day of fun without having to think about Blondie or Donny.

I sighed as I pulled up Donny's contact. I sent him a text message.

Can we talk after school?

It was only a few seconds later when he replied. Have I ever mentioned how much I loved iPhones with its instant messaging?

Ok

Was all he said. At least we're going to talk.
