Secretly In Love

Chapter 4

"I knew it!" Bucky yells.

He jumps up and runs over to the door.

"Woah woah woah slow your roll Metal Man." I say. "Your not telling anyone about this."

"But me and Sam had a bet!" He yells.

"What?!" I exclaim.

"I told him that you were a lesbian, he told me that you weren't. So we bet on it. And now he owes me fifty dollars."

"Fifty dollars?!" I'm now yelling. "You and Sam bet fifty dollars on me being a lesbian?!"

"Well I knew I would win. I see the way you look at Nat." He smirks.

My face goes red: "Get out of here." I shove him out the door.

He goes to close the door: "Wait Bucky?" I ask.

"Yeah?"

"Can you actually come back here and help me figure out what to do?" I ask him.

"Of douse doll." He says.

He sits on the bed next to me.. i out my head on his shoulder: "I don't know what to do. She already has a crush on someone. I want to tell her but I'm scared of getting rejected."

"Y/n." Bucky said looking at me. "You guys played seven minutes in heaven, well ten minutes in heaven. You guys always hang out and you kissed her eight times. We all saw her bite her lip when you kissed her thigh."

"I'm still not going take any chances." I say.

We get off the bed and walk out the door. Bucky goes to his room and I go downstairs. I see Nat and Steve watching TV together. Nat notices that I'm standing there was smiles at me. I give her a tiny smile and walk away. If Nat didn't like Steve, he definitely liked her. How long could I hide this from her? I decide to tell all of my friends that I was a lesbian.

I round everyone up, even the boys, my brother, and Morgan and her mother.

"So I'm guessing you all are wondering why I called you here. Well I have something important to tell you all."

"What is it Y/n?" Wanda asks.

"This isn't easy to say. I've only told one person." I say looking over at Bucky.

He gives me a nod of reassurance.

I take a deep breath: "I'm a lesbian. Well I don't actually know. I might be bi."

My eyes were closed the whole time I was saying that. I open them slightly and see everyone looking at me: "Well?" I ask.

"Oh honey we support you." Pepper says.

"Oh thank God." I say feeling relieved.

"Mommy what does being a lesbian mean?" Morgan asks.

"Well, do you want to tell her Y/n?" Pepper asks me.

"I would love to."

I bend down and look Morgan in the eyes: "Being a lesbian means that that a non-male likes another non-male. In this case it's a female liking another female." I say trying to to look over at Nat.

"Oh, ok!" Morgan says.

She runs off with Peter. I turn to Nat. I grab my elbow and hang my head. I walk over to her.

"Congratulations." She says.

"Thanks." I say.

"I knew you were a lesbian." She says.

"What?!" I exclaim. "How?!"

"Come on Y/n, the way you kiss says it all. You know how to get a woman turned on. You knew your way around my body like you had a map of it." She says.

I blushed a little and rocked back and fourth on my heels. Although we were all in out 30's we still acted like children having a crush, and in general.

She smiled at me and walked away. When she left Bucky walked came out from behind the wall.

"Bucky!" I yell. "Were you listening to out conversation again?"

"You act like such a child. You act like your 16 and have a major crush. Your 33 Y/n." He laughs.

"Yeah maybe physically but definitely not mentally." I laugh with him.

"Let's go downstairs with everyone else. We're going out for linner today." He says.

We walk down to the cars. Pepper, Tony, Morgan, and Peter go in one car. Sam, Bucky, Wanda, and Pietro go in another car. Clint, Thor, Steve, and Bruce go in another. That leaves me and Nat to go in a separate car.

"You wanna drive?" I ask.

"You can it's your car." She says.

We climb in and follow behind everyone. I turn on the music. 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Golding starts playing.

"Oh my God I love this song!" Nat exclaims.

She stands up in the car and throws her hands up. I had taken down the roof of my car earlier this morning.

"Nat get back down here your going to get hurt." I laugh.

She looks at me and continues singing. When the song ends she sits back down. We both start laughing. We turn the music up and start singing.

Finally we pull up to a restaurant.

"Of course Tony wants to get shawarma." Nat says.

"I'm not surprised." I say.

I turn off the car and the music stops. We get out and walk into the building. There are ceramic tiles covering all the walls. Ceramic tables were scattered across the building. We were lead to a big table. We sat down and ordered our food and drinks.

"We'll take the shawarma." Tony says. "And a big pitcher of lemonade for all of us to share."

"Tony we don't want lemonade." Steve says.

"Just let him be." I say. "He's a big baby. Yeah he might be in his 50's but the man wants lemonade. Never stand in the way of a man and his lemonade."

"Alright." He says.

Our food comes to the table and we eat. A little while later we are stuffed.

"I can't eat anymore." Sam says.

"Me neither." Bucky reply's.

"Check please." Tony calls.

He gets the check and we leave in the same groups we came in. We got back to the compound and went out separate ways.

I went up to my room to take a quick shower. Nat goes into her room.

"Hey Bucky?" She calls seeing him walk past her room. "Can I talk to you for a minute."

"Yeah sure." He says walking into her room.

"I wanted to make sure Y/n cousins hear me when I say this." Nat says.

"What is it?" Bucky asks.

"I really like Y/n." Nat says. "And I need your help."
