Seeing them again

Luciana's POV:
I wake up panting and crying,sweat staining my  night gown.I feel my breathing calm down,I pull the covers over me as I clutch my head.

I usually only get nightmares and flashbacks when am stressed.

I look around the penthouse and see it's still a little dark but I can see the sun rising.I grab my phone on the table and check it's only six in the morning.Fuck you insomnia .

I get up picking the blankets and the pillows to put them back in the storage room.I shut the door quietly as I make my way to the bathroom,I need a shower ASAP,I'm really sweaty.I walk in as I close the door,I turn the water on cold.I grab a garbage bag from under the sink and wrap it around my hands.I go in under the water as the cooling sensation of cold water feels.It makes me forget about things at least just for a while.

I grab the hair comb as I wash my hair making sure the knot on the bag is tight.I finish showering as I secure my body with a fluffy towel.I wobble away to my closet as I make sure not to step on glass.I finally make it as I grab a light blue nike sweatshirt,some mom jeans and my whites air force's.I look at my mirror closet and see my back tattoo,it's a snake on my lower back .

I love snakes ,i just think when a snake sheds skin it's a symbol of transformation and healing.Snakes are a way of telling me I can heal all my scars.I have four tattoos in total one on my right side boob ,a flower.
