Luciana's POV:
"Luciana I'm sorry but Lorenzo is in a coma"Luciano says.I feel my smile fade to a frown,my breathing staggers as minutes pass,Lorenzo is in a coma,how.
I feel my breathing fasten,why is he in a coma?,did Gabriel hurt him to get back at me,it's all my fault...
I feel myself hyperventilating,my breathing rapid and deeper than usual.
The fear of loosing Lorenzo has my anxiety levels going high.
"Luciana calm down"
"Luciana you have to breath"
I look around to see everything blurry,my throat closing up in fear.
This is all my fault,I feel my insides churn.My heart stammering,in pain.
"Luciana"
"DOCTOR"
"YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW,GET OUT"
I hear people scream but it was all a blur to me,my vision was becoming blurrier by the minute.
I feel darkness consume once again but not before I feel my stomach cramp in pain.
No ones POV:
"Dad Luciana woke up..she's having an emergency c-section"Luciano says frustrated,his eyes stinging with unshed tears.He decided to call his dad to inform him about Luciana,a lot has happened since they last saw her.
"What....why didn't you inform me,I'm going"he says before hanging up.
I wait in the delivery room,with Angelo who keeps bouncing his legs up and down in anxiety.
They wait and wait for the doctor to come,but no one comes to inform them.
Vincent and Lucia come running in the hospital demanding answers.
"dov'è lei"(where is she),Vincent screams demanding answers for his little girl,who he's not seen alive in months.
"Sir you must calm down"
"We'll give you answers when there is,but right now you must calm down"the nurse says
"Ok but is she okay"Vincent vulnerably asks the nurse who assured him Luciana is fine.
All four of them wait patiently for any news of Luciana and the baby.
"Luciana Garcia Ancelotti"a doctor calls out
They all scurry to the doctor.
"Are you the family of Luciana"
"Yes how is she"
"She was fine"
"Luciana is doing good,actually great"
"And the baby"Luciano asks nervously
"The babies are doing just great"the doctor informs with a smile.
"Babies"Vincent asks thinking she was having one baby.
"Yes she's had twin boys"the doctor informs leaving the family stunned to beyond.
They all stand there crazily as the doctor stands there awkwardly.
"Sir would you like to see them"the doctor mutters awkwardly.
"Yes please"Vincent mutters still stuck on the thought of his daughter having twins.
"Follow me please"
They all walk to the room,
there minds not really processing that Luciana has twin boys.
They walk to a door where there guessing Luciana is in.
"This is her room"the doctor says
"Is she awake"Angelo asks fidgeting his fingers
"Yes she has for awhile now"the doctor says leaving.
One by one they walk in the room to see Luciana carrying a small baby,with the biggest smile on her face.
There was another one on her other hand .
She looked angelic carrying both her babies.
Luciana looks up smiling softly,she feels her heart flutter looking at her beautiful baby boys,they looked a lot like Lorenzo.
"Luciana"Angelo asks,his feet taking him to her
"Look at them Angelo look how cute and handsome they are"Luciana utters staring awe struck at her babies.
"May—I"Angelo says
"Here"Luciana says passing her baby to Angelo who smiles staring down at the baby.
"Wow he's adorable"Angelo says cooing at his fingers that are so small.
"Princess how are you feeling"Vincent asks staring at Luciana with so much relief and excitement.
"I'm fine"Luciana says coldly
"I'll be moving out"Luciana mutters madly at her family for giving up on her easily.
"Luciana"Vincent utters sadly
"I'll be fine with the babies"Luciana says
"You will not be moving"Vincent utters angrily.
"I am and there nothing you could do about it"Luciana says
"Why"Lucia says
"Because you guys gave up on me easily"she say genuinely hurt.
"I'm okay papa,i will be fine"Luciana says in a softer tone.
"Luciano"Vincent says hopefully his son can help change Luciana's mind.
"If you want to fiore"(flower),I can move in to help with the babies"Luciano utters hoping to help his sister in any way possible.
"If you want to"Luciana utters happily
"Me too"Angelo says smiling at his beautiful sister who's giving him a breath taking smile.
"Meet Lorenzo and Lionel"Luciana says smiling,knowing her life has changed for the better .
Her life now has changed,she must fight to protect her babies now,because now her enemies will not only be after her but her babies
