Chapter 10 - To be a pet

The apartment laid in silence when Beth closed the door. She stopped for a moment before she could take of her jacket. Her whole life had changed in only a few days and it was just because she started a new job. Sure, that was what she wanted. A change. But this change felt so weird. After a few minutes of rethinking the last days, Beth noticed she was very hungry, so she ordered pizza. It was Saturday and she had a long night last night and didn't want to cook. She made a short stop at the toilet and placed herself on the couch afterwards. The couch was the last thing she remembered from Loki last night. They were cuddling and to think about it now, made Beth feel happy and warm. Being with Loki felt good. Dangerous, but very good. She wondered if he felt the same and if he did, what would be the consequence and was there a future for them. Thinking made her tired and so she turned on the TV. Something on Netflix would probably distract her until the pizza would arrive.

The doorbell rang and Beth got her wallet for a tip. She walked to the door and opened it, but what she saw, was not what she expected. Loki stood in front of her door and held her pizza in his hands. >>Oh, I didn't know gods delivered pizza now.<< she said jokingly. Loki smiled and handed over the pizza box. >>I met the pizza boy in front of the door, so I thought I could spare him the way up here.<< Loki walked in behind Beth and sat down on the couch.

>>That was really nice of you. Didn't know you could do nice things. I hope you tipped him enough.<< Beth could feel him smiling even though she couldn't see his face. She cut her pizza, took it and walked over to sit on the couch too. After she took the first few bites of her pizza, she noticed that Loki looked at her. Beth cleared her mouth and paused the TV.

>>Is there anything I can do for you?<< she asked cheekily. >>Well my pet, only you know if you can do something for me. You've been with the Avengers the whole day and you send me a warning to stay out of trouble. So?<< At least he seemed to have read her thoughts when she thought about him. And now he new that she cared for him more than primarily planed. >>They know you're up to something, Loki. Jarvis is watching everything and the fact that you're back is a bit alarming.<< They shared a moment of silence and Beth ate another piece of her pizza. She felt guilt in Loki again. What did he feel guilty about? Had he already done something? >>Are you alright?<< she asked him. Loki bit his lip. >>Yes. It's just, I might have made a big mistake and I can't make it undone.<<

Beth put the pizza box on the couch table and looked Loki serious in the eyes. >>I want you to know Beth, that whatever happens, I did this to end something that could harm not just New York. It could mean world war and I had no choice because I needed you to be safe.<<

He looked her straight in the eyes with his ice blue shimmering eyes. Beth felt relieve in him, maybe because he told her something that was important to him. And did he really say that he needed her to be safe? >>I already told your brother that I can take care of myself.<< Loki laughed. >>Can you really? I think you had too much alcohol again and that makes the second night in a row.<< Beth blushed. He was right. >>I like you Loki. You seem to get me.<< she said and looked away after. Suddenly he reached out for her hand and took it. >>I like you too, Beth. And the weird thing is, I feel like you know me. I haven't felt this understood, since my... Frigga died.<< His expression turned sad, but he tried to put on a smile for Beth. She slid over the couch towards him and pulled him into a hug. His body was warm, and Beth's heart skipped a beat, when their eyes met again.

Loki replied to that hug, by laying his arms around Beth too. >Oh, dear lord. He's just so fine.< she thought, but directly regret it because Loki started to smile and blush. She pulled herself out of his hug and sat up straight.  >>So, you wanna watch a movie?<< Beth asked, so she didn't have to face any other situation that would lead to them kissing or else. Even though she wanted it so bad. >>How about we start over where we left off last night, pet?<< Loki suggested. >Okay, that escalated very quick.<

Before Beth could answer Loki moved his body over to her, took her face in his big hands and kissed her. Their tongues danced together like they had done before, and Loki started to slowly undress Beth. As soon as he had taken off her sweater, Loki gently started kissing her neck. He made his way to her chest and took off her bra then. Beth felt exposed, but she liked what he did, so she tried to enjoy. >>Let me bed you, my pet.<< Loki whispered before he lifted her and laid her on the bed. Beth couldn't help but be his pet in that moment and let him do, whatever pleased him. She was caught. After he placed her on the bed, he made his clothes disappear and crawled on top of Beth. They kissed for a few more minutes, rolled over the bed and caressed each other. Beth moaned with relish when Loki moved his hand between her legs. Next thing she knew was Loki on top, slowly moving his manhood into her. It felt like heaven when he started to thrust her. At first, he held her really close and moved slowly inside her. With every heartbeat the thrusts got harder and more intense. All along  Loki held eye contact with Beth. He wanted to see what happened and she did so willingly. Before he finished, he pulled her up to his chest and kissed her. Suddenly it was over. They both needed to catch their breaths. Loki gently put her body back on the bed. >So this was what it felt like to have Sex with a God.< she thought to herself. >>Yes. I thought the same thing, but different.<< Loki said under his breath. They both had to laugh and laid down. Beth felt wonderful. She sat up and kissed him again, before she went to the bathroom.

It was clear to her, that the last minutes had done something between her and Loki.. Everything changed, yet nothing really changed. Beth looked at herself in the mirror over her sink. Her cheeks were red and her forehead looked sweaty. Her hair was all over the place, but she looked happy and felt happy like she hadn't felt in month. When she stepped out of the bathroom Loki Sat on her bed in a black boxer. He smiled at her and Beth was sure she had never seen him like this. She sat next to him and then slipped under her blanket. Loki followed in silence and directly pulled her into his arms. She felt what Loki was feeling. They both felt calm and happiness filled them. In his strong arms, she felt comfortable and safe. He softly kissed her forehead. >>Thank you for trusting me.<< he mumbled. >>I know they told you not to, but I feel good around you. You're not just my pet anymore.<< Beth felt that he meant what he said. She smiled with closed eyes and shortly after that, she fell asleep. Loki knew that she trusted him. He hoped that everything would turn out alright in the end. Before he fell asleep next to her, he thought about quitting his plan. But he knew it was too late already
