This chapter is mostly Lita interacting with other Star Wars characters.

Lita had just finished her day's training with Darth Vader, which was of both using telekinesis to move and lift objects and doing more lightsaber combat and was on her way back to her quarters.

On the way she saw Agent Kallus and he looked like he was deep in thought. Lita smiled a genuine smile, he, aside from her father, was one of the few people who worked for the Empire that she liked. She decided to go over and have a small chat with the man.

"Wondering where those Rebels are?" Lita asked the man, walking towards the man.

Agent Kallus glanced over to the blonde girl, "We have always been tracking them and ever since what happened on Lothal, we dispatched our Inquisitors to hunt them down."

Lita rubbed her temples and said with annoyance, "I still don't understand why the Emperor allows them to exist."

"To hunt down any surviving Jedi who still remain," Agent Kallus answered.

"Well of course I know that. But what happens when there are no more Jedi left for them to hunt and destroy?" Lita answered, and then mutters, "Besides the Jedi Order is like the Emperor's beauty, it's gone."

"They have also been used for hunting down any Force-sensitive children," Agent Kallus added.

"Don't remind me," Lita said in disgust, "They are actually kidnapping children and babies. What's next? Attacking Puffer pigs and Loth-cats?"

"It's probably possible they do that," Agent Kallus said with a not surprise tone.

"Agent Kallus, have you ever felt like leaving the Empire?" Lita asked.

"Once or twice, maybe," Agent Kallus admitted, "But then I thought of what could happen if there was no law or order."

"Like the Empire is capable of law or order," Lita whispered to herself, then said to Agent Kallus, "I have to go, but I hope to see you again soon." Then she left to go back to her quarters.

As she was walking back, she was thinking of the Emperor and his influence over her father. Lita hated the Emperor with a passion, especially for what he did to her father. There was nothing Lita would love more than to leave the Empire, but at the same time, she couldn't just leave Vader especially knowing what a nasty piece of work the Emperor really is and she had to do something to save her father from his darkness. But she knew that Qui-Gon and Deethreepio were right, she couldn't save her father on her own.

The memories of her father ordering Tarkintown to be burn down and to capture any survivors were still playing in her head. She could sense their screams of pain and fear and all those men, women and children who were either killed or taken prisoner.

"Oh, Father. What have you become?" Lita asked softly, "What has the Emperor done to you?"

As she was walking back to her quarters she heard screaming of terror and she heard Rori's growls and snarls. Lita then ran as fast as she could to where the noise was, she put the hood of her cloak down to find three stormtroopers trying to harness and muzzle Rori just outside her quarters, Governor Tarkin was with them, seeing what they were doing to her animal companion and best friend was enough to make her blood boil hotter than Mustafar.

"Hey!" Lita shouted. She Force-pushed the Stormtroopers away from her nexu and then stomped over to them and Governor Tarkin and asked, "Just what in Mustafar do you think you're doing?" For a few moments, her eyes changed to a creepy yellow before they went back to blue.

Tarkin gave a surprise look at seeing the girl's eyes change, but then quickly recovered his composure and answered in a haughty tone, "I am getting this filthy beast off of my space station."

Rori seemed to understand what the man said, because she turned to him and tried to snap at him. But Tarkin seemed ready as he aimed a Static pike at her, but Lita acted quickly. She made a gesture with her hand to make Rori calm down. Lita then summoned the pike to her and activated her lightsaber destroying it without hesitation then clipped it back to her hip.

"Last time I check this was the Emperor's battle station," Lita sassed, "Considering he came up with the idea. I know it's not complete yet, but still."

"That is true," Tarkin admits, "But while he's away, I am in charge of this battle station and what the Emperor says goes."

Lita wanted to take her lightsaber and go for his head, or at least Force-push him away like she did with the two Stormtroopers, but Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine told her that she was forbidden to hurt the man, which was annoying for her, and it was taking all of her self-control and training for her not to attack the man standing before her. Why The Emperor have Tarkin be in charge of the Death Star project was something she would never understand.

"Then you should know that this nexu is mine and that the Emperor did allow her to be here as long as she's kept in my quarters and when she isn't, I make sure she's docile enough to not attack," Lita told the man as she was stroking her nexu's head, and asked, "And what were you doing in my quarters anyway, Tarkin? Do the galaxy a favor and keep your nose out of other peoples' business."

"Why you insolent little..." Tarkin growled but was then cut off.

"Grand Moff Tarkin," answered a calm smooth voice.

Lita and Tarkin turned to see Grand Admiral Thrawn step out from behind Tarkin with his hand behind his back with a calm look on his face.

"Grand Admiral Thrawn," Tarkin greeted with a slight sneer, "What a pleasure."

The Chiss ignored Tarkin and looked over to where Lita and Rori were and took a few steps towards them, "Lita. Are you all right, child?" Thrawn asked with some concern in his voice.

"That remains to be seen," Tarkin answered and showed him the static pike that Lita destroyed, "She had just destroyed this important piece of property to the Empire for absolutely no reason."

As Thrawn took the destroyed pike from Governor Tarkin, Lita started to speak out at what Governor Tarkin said until she heard Thrawn give a light chuckle.

"Oh I should hardly think so, Moff Tarkin," Thrawn said softly with a smile, "From what I saw, it looked to me like you went into this child's quarters without consent and tried to take away her pet, and the child was merely coming to its defense."

When Tarkin tried to take the pike, Thrawn pulled it out of his reach, "Nevertheless, I shall have a word with her of her actions." Thrawn then turned to Lita and said, "Lita could you come with me please. You are welcome to bring your companion with you."

Lita goes over to Grand Admiral Thrawn with Rori at her side, but sends Tarkin a smirk. Then as they were walking away Thrawn tells Tarkin, "Grand Moff Tarkin, good day."

Thrawn then led them to a room on the battle station that looked like an office. When he opened the door, he said to Lita, "Come in."

They walked into the room and after Grand Admiral Thrawn closed the door, he turned to face her with a disapproving look and then sighed, "I first met your father during the Clone Wars, when he was still Anakin Skywalker. It may have only been for a short time, but I found his courage and cunning to be quite impressive." Thrawn then stepped closer to the girl, "Your father may have acted impulsive at times too and still does. But when he found out that you, his child, was alive, he did everything he could to get you back to him, at his side, including defending you from the Emperor and I think that acting out like the way you've done seems to be a very poor way to repay him," Thrawn scolded.

"But sir, I only did it, because he was trying to take Rori away," Lita explained, "I was keeping her in my quarters."

"Yes, I will be informing the Emperor of his actions," Thrawn said, "He was not supposed to go in there in the first place. Now as for you, I would strongly suggest that you and your pet return to your quarters and stay there until your father comes for you again."

Lita was confused by Grand Admiral Thrawn's actions and everything that he said, but kept it to herself, so she just responded, "Yes, sir." She then left the room with Rori at her heels and headed back to her quarters.

I'm going to get the next chapter up as soon as I can. But until then....May the Force be with You!
