It had been a week since the reveal of Izuku and Robins Vigilantism and class 1A was still trying to wrap their heads around that fact. Sure they'd barely known Robin so her being a vigilante wasn't that hard to believe but Izuku? The boy they lovingly referred to as the class's cinnamon roll (that could kill you)? Sure he'd changed since his sister entered the class, cursing a bit more and playfully teasing Bakugou. But they thought he was just coming out of his shell, they'd already felt the brunt end of his extensive muttering and sexual innuendos during fights but he'd never shown enough coordination to be a top-notch vigilante. He was an amazing fighter but he just never gave off the vibe of "I'm an illegal vigilante, fear me", he gave off more of an "I am adorable but I can and will fight you if you hurt my friends". However, no one was taking it as hard as the Izukusquad (No one calls him Deku in this fic if you haven't already noticed) they'd known the boy since the beginning they been what they considered the best friends of the boy. But when they found out he was a vigilante they were shocked, even more so when they found out he was homeless. They realized how little they knew about their quirkless friend and god damn it, they were going to learn even if it killed them!
Izuku still hadn't fully forgiven his dad but after he watched his pops and auntie Nemmy scold him like they would one of his students, he was more open to forgiving him. He and his sister hadn't gone out on a patrol since the reveal, not truly prepared for what might happen now that 19 other people knew about their secret. Though they were mostly afraid of Shoto and Katsuki's reactions respectively, they'd been avoiding their boyfriends the entire week afraid they'd lose them. However neither boys wanted to leave them, no, they wanted to talk. To ask how they were and if they were ok, but they could never seem to find them in one space. Every Time they entered the room the two siblings would find a way to leave before they could even try and talk to them, after about 3 days of being avoided they came together and formed a full-proof plan (In theory). They decided to recruit Hitoshi to separate the two siblings by drawing Izuku toward class 1A during lunch under the impression that Aizawa needed to see him when actually Shoto would be waiting.
While Izuku was off with Shoto, Denki would keep Robin in the old music room so Bakugou could slip in and talk with her. The two decided that today would be the day to put the plan in motion, at the beginning of the day Bakugou shot a text to Denki so Denki could tell Hitoshi. The day went by slowly until lunch finally came, Hitoshi, Izuku, Robin, and Denki were all sitting in the old music room until Hitoshi's phone pinged and he told Izuku that Aizawa needed them and told Robin and Izuku to stay put. The two boys walked toward the class while Izuku asked what their dad wanted, "I don't know, he just said he needed us" he responded simply. Hitoshi pushed open the door and pushed Izuku in before closing the door and speeding off, Izuku stared at the door confused before turning and seeing Shoto sitting pretty on the desk nearest to him. "I-I thought Aizawa w-wanted me but I-I think I'm gonna go" Izuku stuttered before attempting to exit the class until Shoto grabbed him and pinned him against the wall next to the door. He held the greenettes wrist tightly (not tight enough to hurt) to keep him in place, Izuku turned his head down looking away from his boyfriend and on the floor. "Why are you avoiding me?" he asked, leaning closer to Izuku, the greenette stayed silent looking away.
"Izuku? I need you to talk to me" he stated, Izuku continued to stay silent and stare at the floor. Shoto stood there for a while until he held both of Izuku's arms in one hand and used the other to turn his face up and focus on him. Finally, the beautiful green eyes focused on his boyfriend, "Hey baby" Shoto whispered. "Please, tell me what's wrong," he begged. "Please don't leave me" he whispered tears pouring down his cheeks, in his confusion Shoto allowed Izuku's hands to fall as he covered his face whipping at his tears furiously. "No baby, no. I'm not gonna leave you, '' Shoto exclaimed, pulling his boyfriend into his chest. Izuku tucked his face into Shotos shoulders and gripped at his chest while we sobbed, stuttering about how he didn't want him to break up with him and that he was sorry.
