The sun rays gleamed brightly between the branches of grand trees the following Monday morning.
(Y/n) walked through the concrete traditional halls with her guard up. She decided to let her little school girl crush go, hoping it wouldn't come back the instant she seen him.
Having those feelings were wrong after all...right?
"Oh, by the way. Gojo's not in today," Megumi said to (Y/n) as she looked around the field. Megumi looked down into his palms as he spoke to her.
"Ah? He didn't tell me anything," She answered putting her hand on her hip, suddenly annoyed.
Megumi sighed, putting a hand on the back of his neck."Yeah, Gojo's irresponsible like that. Also, Itadori went with Nanami for the day, so we're hanging out with the second years."
"You should talk to us in the meantime," A voice said from behind. (Y/n) turned around as the damp grass squeaked against her pumps.
She shrieked seeing a large panda smiling down at her. A boy with gray-blonde-ish hair stood next to it.
"Here, this is Toge, and I'm Panda. We're second years."
"Salmon." The boy bowed slightly.
"HUH?! A talking Panda?!!! Oh geez, I've seen it all haven't I?!" (Y/n) shouted. Megumi let out a small laugh at her reaction. Panda frowned as Nobara appeared.
"Hey, that's just mean! Panda just wants to make friends," The first year scolded.
"Panda? Is that what you call yourself?" (Y/n) asked him.
They continued to converse amongst themselves and train. (Y/n) gave the advice she could. After a moments while she gave in and laid over a slumped Panda.
"Panda, you're so soft..." She whispered snuggling into the big friend. The overhead sun baked her black outfit, heating her achy body up as a single crow flew across the blue sky. Nobara was strewn out on the grass next to them.
"Ugh, I'm so tired. Monday's are always boring when we have to figure out what to do with ourselves. Maki usually helps us train but she's sick today," Nobara groaned.
Panda rubbed the top of (Y/n)'s head, ruffling her hair. He became fond of the smaller woman.
"Yeah tell me about it. And the fact that I can't make my own curriculum makes it even worse..." (Y/n) mumbled. She proceeded to shift up.
"Yeah I'm not doing this anymore. Who wants to go get cold drinks with me?"
"I," Nobara and Panda groaned. The three got up and went to the vending machine. (Y/n)'s phone alerted in her bag.
