if you struggle with visualization, creating a pinterest board might be helpful. meditation is key. most methods boggled down is just meditation with some extra stuff to help shift. the lucid dreaming method is a highly suggested method with a very high success rate. learning how to lucid dream could help a lot and you could do this with the WBTB method and doing constant reality checks. mindset is a huge part of shifting. as i explained.. simple things saying "i'm shifting" instead of "i'm going to try and shift" can change a lot. don't revolve your whole life around shifting. of course, some attachment is 100% valid and healthy but extreme attachment could hold you back further. take every "failure" as a learning opportunity to try again or as you shift into a desired reality where you're closer to your actual desired reality.
