VoiceBox had not been having fun so he looked at Cody. "I want to go out" Cody smiled "okay let's g-" VoiceBox cut him off "on my own" cody was shocked and said "uh... Yeah. You can go." VoiceBox was a bit shocked but smiled anyways and hugged him "thanks cody." Cody hugged him and wispered "your welcome" before letting the small male fun off and get a all bag that had his phone , a charger, his sketching stuff, and his sketch and coloring books. He hummed happlie as he got dressed and sighed looking in the mirror

He told cody bye before leaving and sighing softly. He walked to the entrance to the woods and saw someone sitting there. He thought they might be a normal person so he tried to sneak away but they turned around. A male. Brown jacket. Jeans and a mask pulled up showing his mouth which held a cigarette. VoiceBox stared at him and flash back came back.
(Flash back)
VoiceBox was five years old and running around a park when he ran into two kids. One was taller then the other but they looked older then him. He smiled "sorry misters!" They looked down at him and said "it's fine kid. Be careful next time" VoiceBox giggled "you can't call me kid! You don't look much older then me!" He said jokingly. The taller one with brown hair said "oh yeah? How old are you?" VoiceBox smiled "five!" He chuckled and the other one said "yeah we're 10. Definitely older then you" said the shorter one with fluffy hair. VoiceBox pouted and form that day forward they were best friend. Brian. Tim. And VoiceBox. It only lasted a year before VoiceBox went missing. Just. Gone.

VoiceBox stared at the male and tilted his head at the flash back. He sighed softly and looked up when the male said "hey. Your that VoiceBox kid cody keeps ranting about" VoiceBox nodded "yep! And you are?" He sighed softly "masky." He nodded and said "why don't you just take the mask off to smoke" the other male shrugged "just easier like this." VoiceBox nodded and giggled. "Smoking's bad thought. Doesn't it give you cancer?" The male chuckled "yeah kid. It does. But eh. Don't really care" VoiceBox pouted and said "okay then" the male sat down on a log and another person came walking up. Yellow baggy hoddie and jeans. His mask looked like a robber mask but instead holes for eyes they were red dots with a red frown. He looked at him as he sat next to Tim and pulled up his mask and took a cigarette and lit it. "Are those good?" He asks and Tim shrugged "well it depends. Wanna try?"  VoiceBox smiled "sure" he took one and grabbed the lighter. Masky chuckled "what happened to ciggiretes giving you cancer" VoiceBox pouted "one time won't hurt" masky laughed lightly and as VoiceBox got confused masky sighed "come here kid" VoiceBox went over and masky said "here. Take it. Put it in your mouth and hold it still." VoiceBox nodded holding it in his mouth as masky lit the cigarette for him. VoiceBox smiled and then sat down on a near by log and then said "so I just.. breath it in?" Masky nodded "but don't try and swollow it. It's smoke. And your going to choke on your first time. You get used to it." VoiceBox nodded and puffed in some smoke and coughed making both the males let out chuckles. VoiceBox said "it's wierd... I didn't taste anything." Masky shrugged "you want taste? Try a vape. Those have tons of flavors. Plus you can get ones without nicotine in it." VoiceBox tilted his head "is masky your birth name?" Masky shook his head "no... Fine. Fuck it. Got nothing to lose. My real name is Tim. And mister quiet is hoddie." VoiceBox dropped the cigarette which was quickly stomped out. "Kid your Ganna start a fire-" VoiceBox jumpped on him and hugged him making hoddie jump up "Tim! Tim it's me!" Tim was confused until he said "wait... VoiceBox? Like... Our VoiceBox." VoiceBox nodded happlie. They got up "where have you been! Your with us for a year and then your just gone! What happened!" VoiceBox said "I don't know... It's all a mess." Tim sighed "Brian. It's him" Brian nodded and stood up "kid. Your eye. What happened" VoiceBox shrugged "don't know. It wasn't like that before though" the two older males nodded "god damnit I thought you died" Tim said flicking his cigarette to the side. VoiceBox said "yeah. I'm going out today! Wanna come? Hang out like old times?" They sighed then chuckled "why not" masky said "we've gotta change first. So give us a minute" he nodded and waited. After a while Brian and Tim came walking out masks gone and more normal clothes on. He smiled and they walked away. First they went to a vape shop since VoiceBox kept asking. He said "woah... It's like an electric cigarette" Tim chuckled "yup. Want one?" VoiceBox ended up getting on that came with a juice that put out a bubble gum flavor. They went outside and sat in an ally figuring it out. Hoddie knew how to do it and VoiceBox asked "do you vape?" Hoddie nodded "yeah." VoiceBox smiled as it started working. VoiceBox took a puff ,again choking on it, before getting used to it. Everything was happy I till they heard a voice. It was deep and unfamiliar. It was a tall buff guy saying "hey. What are you people doing in MY ally." VoiceBox said "uh... An ally is pretty weird thing to call yours. Like go for a house for something." The guy growled "shut it pip squeak." VoiceBox grew pissed and said "pip squeak! I'll show you pip squeak-" Tim stopped him "look buddy. Let us out. Now." The guy laughed "you'll have to pay" he says and VoiceBox said "we aren't paying you shit-" his mouth was covered by Brian who wispered "your going to get yourself killed" VoiceBox pouts before the guy speaks up again "give me all the money you got. And I'll let you out alive" Tim started to get mad and said "no. Let us out before I make things ugly." VoiceBox got Brian off him and said "Tim! I can take him. Go watch for people. Let me handle him." They sighed "VoiceBox-" they were cut off "guys. I know how to handle myself. I may be small but I'm not stupid enough to get myself into something that would get me killed." They sighed and listened. They left VoiceBox there and went and watched for people. VoiceBox looked at the taller male "okay let us out. Now." On the "now" part it turned to a growl that made the male laugh "no. Pay. Me. If you can't pay guess I'll have to take whatever you have" he tried to grab VoiceBox's bag but VoiceBox grabbed a pipe and hit the guy in the side making him fall "you little bitch!" The guy yelled as VoiceBox backed up slowly "guys run!" He yelled and they all ran to a cafe. They stopped and VoiceBox was out of breath and the others took deep breaths "what was that back there. That pipe came out of nowhere." Tim pointed out and VoiceBox said "I don't know... I wasn't myself..." They all laughed about it before they Continued to some other places. VoiceBox sighed softly as he looked at clothes. "Guys..." They looked over and said "yeah" he said "I don't know... Lately I've been thinking.. do you think Cody is obsessed with me?" They said "yep." VoiceBox said "in a good or bad way?" They both said "bad." Tim then said "dude. He literally threatened to drown Ben. Again. Because he looked at you. And one time he said he wasn't afraid to kill Toby. Like. He's bad." VoiceBox was shocked and whined "lately he's been more and more clingy. It's getting scary. But... He just wants to keep me safe right?" Brian said "yeah. But. It's okay to not like someone. It's fine if you brake up with Cody. And the fact that your scared of him isn't good ether" VoiceBox answered with "I'm not scared of him" Tim then immediately said "are you kidding me?your shaking just talking about him. Tell you what? Do you want to leave him?" VoiceBox whined softly and slowly nodded. Tim sighed "I'm only doing this because your my friend. You remember my old house?" VoiceBox shook his head "oh right you weren't there. Well. Your going to brake up with Cody and go hide there." VoiceBox smiled and hugged him. "Thank you!" Tim nodded and pat his head softly. "Yeah just... Be careful" VoiceBox nodded and then sighed softly
