Yesterday went bad... Well not bad. But not great. VoiceBox got in a fight and then he remembers everything. It's going to be a lot harder to keep him with me. I don't know what I would do if he left. I had to keep him. The world would ruin him. He couldn't get away. He's been asking about getting a job. He heard about it over the news which made me kind of mad. That damned tv. I couldn't be mad though. He was a person I mean if I were stuck in captivity for 12 years I would want to do that stuff to but he doesn't understand that the world is curl and will hurt him. I can't lose him. I was laying in bed with VoiceBox as he slept peacefully. I looked at him and stroked his cheek and smiled softly "god your so cute" I say softly to myself and he shifts and turns over so I hold him close to me so he didn't get cold. Yeah there was a blanket but he always says that it's not warm so I simply held him as he slept. I noticed the time. 6am. I had been sleeping a lot less. Him running off and into that fight rattled me so much I was scared to sleep. If he did run into anothwr fight what if I couldn't help. I sighed trying to push those thoughts out of my head. I slowly got up and made sure VoiceBox would be warm enough. I left and started to make breakfast as I hummed and made bacon and toast. VoiceBox came woobling down. He was curled in the comforter as he looked at me. He was so small and innocent. It made me smile and he yawns and goes and curls up on the couch waiting for me to finish the food as he went on about his dream. I listened and made little comments and jokes that would make him giggle and then he said something that made me freeze "and then I dreamed about getting out and finding out about the real world... Do you ever think I will?" I just shrug and he pouts "you never answer me!" He say pouting and he gets up I gave him breakfast and he ate. After we ate we spent to day as normal and we watched movies and speands all day together.

(Time skip. It's about 9pm)

(VoiceBox POV)

The whole day I thought about running around and playing in the dark streets. Cody had told me it was time for us to go to bed but I never really fell asleep but tonight he did. I got up and changed into some clothes

And I snuck out the front door and made my way to town. I would just be gone for an hour or so. I walked around the streets until I passed a house. The window was open and music came from it. I listened and slowly climbed a tree to see her. She had long hair. It was blue. I looked at her until I fell. I flew inside her room on accident. I freaked out as she stared in fear "i-i'm sorry I really didn't mean to do that! I fell out the tree and I was listening to the music and I saw you ... I'm so sorry!" I went to leave and she started laughing and I turned looking at her as she laughed. She had on black make up and some black lipstick. She looked super pretty. I said "wow.. your makeup is super good" she smiled "thanks" I smiled and she looked at me "what's your name" I thought about it "VoiceBox" I answered and she chuckled "mines lily. But you can call my chucky" I smiled "like from the movie!" I say. It was my favorite movie. She laughed "yeah! Hey you don't get out much do you" I shook my head and she stood up "welp. How about we go out. I'm bored and your really the only person I have to hangout with... So let's go!" She says and I tilt my head "where would we go?" I ask and she smiles "I'll show you a club I like" as she pulled me I said confused "club?" She laughs and pulls me. We start walking and once we get to a place with a big lit up sign that said "pretty little devils" I look at her and she laughs "calm down. Let's go" we go inside. Music. Lights and girls dancing and she said "hey are you single?" And I didn't know what to say. She smiled "well are you gay?" She asks. When I tilted my head she said "do you like boys or girls" I smiled and answer "boys!" She nods and takes me to another part of the place. Instead of girls all the people were guys. I looked around and she said "have fun!" And walked back to all the girls. I slowly walk around and everyone looked at me like I was the most amazing thing there. I kept walking keeping my head up so I didn't look scared. I sat at a couch and pulled out my phone it was being blown up by cody. I sighed and just muted my phone and put it in my pocket "I'm sorry cody" I say to myself. A guy with red hair came up to me. He had tottoos. He was tall. Like really tall. I looked at him as he sat down and said "so what brings you here" I thought for a minute a d he noticed my silence and says "friend?" I nod and chuckles. His voice was super deep. It made me shiver. He chuckled and my phone started buzzing. Cody. I excuse myself and go outside and answer and he says "VoiceBox! Where did you go! I was worried sick about you! You can't just up and leave in the middle of the night like that!" I whined "i-i'm sorry cost" I said and he sighed "where are you. I'll go pick you up" he says and I look at my phone and freak out "i-i'm at a place called "pretty little devils" I said. He didn't like that "why the hell are you a strip club! How did you even get in!" I whined "my new friend got me in" he sighs and says "fine I'll be there soon" I hung upa nd went back tot he red haired guy. He chuckled "parents?" I shook my head and he nodded. I sat downand  explained that I was being picked up and he nodded and put his number into my phone. I made two new friends in one night! I was so happy. Once cody got there he texted my and I slowly walked outside and was immediately grabbed. Not roughly but just enough to let me know that he was upset "what the hell were you thinking. Do you realize how bad that was!" I looked down and he started walking home with me tucked under his arm and I whined "I just wanted to see the world" he answers with "well you could've told me baby. Im not mad. I was just worried okay. You can't sneak off like that" my phone went off and he took it. The guy had put his contact as
"❤️Max❤️" cody hated this. He stopped and said "who's this" I smiled "my new friend" cody looked at the text it said "hey there cutie. It's the guy from the club" he growled deeply "bitch." He mummbled and texted back "hi!" And I kept trying to get phone but he gently pinned me to the wall "I think you need a nap" he stuck something in my neck and soon enough everything went black.
