Furuya paled while staring at Marsala's work. All the eight bodyguards that were ex-Marines were lying on the floor and only one of them was breathing.

The way she moved earlier was like an art. A clean hit to a vital point caused them to die.

How good is she? He inhaled a sharp breath while walking on the dried leaves, crunching at his weight.

Marsala is now looming over the dead body of the conglomerate sprawled on the forest ground. She turned to him, "Get me that man." She ordered with such cold eyes while pointing at the only bodyguard alive.

That man was knocked down earlier by Marsala with just a kick on his nape.

Furuya looked unsure quickly masked it and pulled the man to where Marsala is.

Marsala clicked her tongue and went back to where Furuya started dragging the body, "You idiot." She hissed and kicked the leaves around to hide the evidence of someone being dragged. Then returned to where the man and Furuya are.

She took the gun from him and looked at how many bullets it has. A gun that could hold seven bullets, Marsala made sure she only fired four times earlier with the same unit of gun.

Taking out the three of the bullets and placed them inside her pockets, Marsala pulled the man's arm and placed it near his temple. "Thank you." She whispered and pulled the trigger.

Furuya is still observing. So the reason why she left one bodyguard is to make it look like he killed his boss.

Marsala looked at the dark sky that starts to rumble, "Let's go?" She asked as she took one last look at the crime scene, making sure it was spotless from any trace of a third party.

Setting a trap would be hard.

...

"I see, so that bodyguard you used as the scapegoat is ..." Furuya read the file again, looking for the face of the man.

"The husband of the abused maid of that conglomerate." Marsala answered and took another sip of her coffee.

"Abused? But that's not written here. How did you know about that?"

She swirled the coffee while staring at it, "I didn't." The meal that she made the stewardess prepare arrived. Marsala nodded and took the food, slicing the meat with the knife and fork she was handed.

"Don't come out until I tell you to." Her cold tone and striking eyes are enough to scare the agent serving them. She bowed and ran away.

Furuya glared, "You mean you just made that story up?"
