Jaliyah pov
It's finally time for us to get ready to go to Kyle house and when I say I'm not ready it, I decided to put on a dress nothing to fancy but not basic I guess...imma just say simple. I put on my black slides to match the dress cause I'm not tryna wear heels while I'm pregnant, I put my hair in a high bun and put on a necklace and some earrings, I walked out of my room and seen Talia I'm the front room, she had on an a short white dress and silver hells with a gold necklace and stud earrings, and she had her hair down.
"Ok you look cute" Talia said and I laughed "you too boo" I said, "Jaliyah why does it look like you just threw something on" Makayla said "cause I did" I said and they laughed, "Talia let's go before we late" I said and she nodded we said our goodbyes and left to go to Kyles house. "How do you think this is about to go?" She asked me, "I don't know, but hopefully well" I said and she agreed.
Once we got to Kyle house we got out and I unlocked the door and seen Kyle in the kitchen in just a pair of dress pants and her bra, "you dressed?" I asked "I was until I realized I was cooking" she said and I laughed, I walked in the kitchen and seen she was making steak like seriously what's up with her and steak? She also made mash potatoes and green beans.
"We got this you go get dress" I said and she nodded and went to her room, "did y'all make up or something?" Talia asked and I shook my head "we talked about a few things and came to am understanding but nothing's changed" I said and she nodded. "At least y'all not arguing I almost had a heart attack" she said and I laughed.
After a few minutes everything was done then Kyle came out, she had blue dress pants and a white button down shirt tucked in. "How this look?" She asked buttoning up the last button "you look good, when did you get an haircut?" I asked cause I know it won't like that when I seen her earlier.
"When I left my interview I went there looking beat but it's cool" she said "oh yeah how did it go?" I asked "ya girl got the job" she smiled "omg congrats" I said and hugged her, we stayed like that until we heard someone clear they throat we broke away and I blushed a bit. "They at the door" she laughed and Kyle opened the door "good even-" I heard a lady say but stopped once she seen Kyle.
"Hey Kyle" Tyler said walking in the house and then his parents followed, "hey Jaliyah hey Talia" he said "hey" we both spoke at the same time, "mom dad...this is Talia and that's her mom Jaliyah and her other mom Kyle" he introduced "oh my-" he mom said and I just smiled. And his dad cleared his throat, "I'm matthew and this is my wife Lisa" he introduced (sorry this first names that came to my head 😂😭) "nice to meet you" I smiled "you too" he said.
And after a few minutes of awkward silence Kyle cleared her throat, "um y'all wanna eat?" She asked "yes! Let's do that" Tyler said and we lead them to the dinner table and Kyle and Tyler sat the plates and food down and we all started eating. And Tyler's mom Lisa coughed, "this is your house?" She asked and Kyle nodded "yes ma'am all mine" Kyle smiled and Lisa looked at her "you sure?" She asked "yup" Kyle said.
"So um, Talia tell us about yourself... except your black with two mom's" she said and Tyler coughed "mom!" He yelled and she shrugged, "well um I'm sixteen a sophomore and um I'm the only child....well...um use the only child and I have a daughter" she said, "wait what do you mean now you have siblings?" Tyler's dad asked, "what do you mean you have a daughter?" His mom asked.
"She was really-" Tyler Start but his dad cut him off "we asked her" he said and Tyler nodded and looked down, and I looked at Kyle and she was looking at them the whole time, "well um..my actual mom died when I was younger so them it was just me and my dad until a few months ago he was in a accident and died a few days later, so Jaliyah took me in...and she have a daughter....well technically a son now too but anyway yeah" she said and they looked at me and I tried not to laugh, "me and Kyle had kids before we meet and we basically raise the others child like our own" I said and they nodded.
