Jaliyah pov
After we packed everything in Kyle's house up we started on mine, well Talia and Ha'keem and there friends already packed some stuff like clothes and stuff, me and Kyle decided to just leave our dressers and stuff at our houses since we gonna get new ones and basically using our houses as back up houses anyway.
Right I'm in Jayla room and packing all of her clothes toys and stuff, we had a moving truck come to Kyles house to pick up her stuff and take it to the house, that's where Ha'keem is at right now and me and Talia is packing everything while the kids is with Jasmine. Kyles at work so it's just us.
"Jaliyah you sure you don't wanna sit down for a few minutes, titi and ti supposed to be here soon" Talia said coming into Jayla room. "I'm fine" I said and she looked at me, "ok, how about I finish doing this stuff then when your friends I'll rest" I suggested. "Ok I guess" she said and left out, I didn't realize how much stuff she had until now. I had everything in her drawers out and some of her toys now I just need to find out what imma do with the rest of her stuff.
"Jaliyahhh the twins her" Talia said and I chuckled a bit and got up and walked to where they was, "hey Jaliyah" they said at the same time "hey" I said "actually Talia I am gonna take a break I'm hungry" I said and she nodded "we can start wherever you left off" Tiana offered. "Um, I basically got everything from Jayla room you can start in my room or even in here if you want" I said and they nodded.
"I get the room you start in here?" Tatiana asked her sister "sure" she said and Tatiana nodded and walked away with Talia, "how are you today?" She asked Taking out some dishes from the cabinet. "Tired but other then that I'm good how about you?" I asked getting a bag of chips. "Other then finally exams coming up I'm good" she said "y'all have finally exams?" I asked and she nodded, I won't even thinking about that. Talia could be studying rather then helping me right now, "don't worry, Talia she study with us at school and we study for a few minutes everytime she comes over" Tiana said.
"Now you and Talia studying I can see but Tatiana?" I questioned "believe it or not she's smart she just act like she not" she said and I nodded, "I know I think you are all smart but have your own weird ways of showing it" I said And she nodded "we are teens you know" she and I laughed a bit "I know" then we heard a knock on the door and I started to get up "I got it" she said and I sat down, they really act like I can't do nothing Im literally just three months pregnant they better do all this when it's almost time for me to have this baby.
"Hey fam" Makayla said walking in with Jordan "what you doing home early Jordan?" I asked "tell Jaliyah what you did" She said and he sat on the chair beside me and looked at me then back at Makayla, "you said it in class don't act all shy now" she said crossing her arms. "So my teacher asked us what's the meaning of life right?" He asked looking at me and "mhm" I nodded, "so I didn't raise my hand cause obviously I didn't know that answer but she called on me anyway, and I said I don't know then she was like she gonna come back to me and I shrugged right" he said.
"I feel like I know where is going" Tiana said "let him finish" Makayla said with her arms still crossed "so she came back to me and asked me the question again and I shrugged and she said think and I was getting frustrated so I just said "how am I supposed to know the meaning of life I'm only eight damn" he said and and me and Tiana busted out laughing.
"You not suspose to say that" I said laughing "I told her I didn't know" he said, "then she was like 'imma call your mom' then I said ' that still won't make me know the meaning of life dummy' then she sent me to the office and I'm suspended for three days and have to write a whole paragraph on why I should cuss" he said And I laughed again.
"I thought your kids was good" Tiana said and Makayla smacked her teeth "one of them is the other" she said pointing to Jordan "is not" she said, "wait so you didn't know the answer so you decided to cuss at the teacher?" Tiana asked and he nodded, "what I wanted to say I couldn't cause it was bad and momma and Auntie probably would've got mad" he said, "anyway, can you watch him I gotta get back to work" she asked me and I nodded
