Another range rover drops by Doctor Son's clinic today, much to her disappointment. She gets it. She doesn't make that much money now that she'd just left the hospital, but its better than partaking in those shady dealings of investors that her professors have been mooching off of. Tragic, but at least her morals had gotten the best of her.
She looks outside from her one way window, only to see a couple of guys in black suits looking like extras from Men In Black who decided to go to a doctor – only that the doctor was for children.
"Dr. Son, should I let them in?" Ms. Lee, her assistant, bobbed her head from outside the door. She looked apologetic as Ye Jin had reluctantly nodded.
Ye Jin decided to greet the "guests", as she is most inclined to call them, and got out from her room to the patient waiting area. Ms. Lee bowed to them, and so did they.
The lanky man who've been coming to her clinic to torment her for a few weeks now spoke first. "Dr. Son Ye Jin, we've been asking you to vacate the building. It's been what- three months overdue and this gentleman right here-" he points to the man who seemed to be the leader from his expensive Omega watch that trumps above his companion's – "Is willing to pay twice."
The gentleman, as he called him, seemed to be looking at her with utmost curiosity. Ye Jin tried not to look at how his brows furrow as he waits for her answer, but as she took him in one more time something might have short circuited in her brain. Thankfully, she managed to snap out of her thoughts and gave them a piece of her mind.
"With all due respect, I've been telling you that I'll pay the rent by the end of the month. I can't lose this spot! This is literally the only place I can afford in a city as of now. Please!" she begs. "Let's be reasonable here. This is a clinic, gentlemen."

The buyer smirks and lets out a scoff, then runs his tongue around the seams of his mouth. "And there are hospitals now, Dr. Son. I'm sure you can get a job right there with your skills. I'll pay you as well, just please find another spot for your clinic."
Ye Jin was baffled. Clearly he's rich. Can't he just find somewhere else? "I don't care about how you're rich with that car and that watch you own. You cannot take my spot if you want. I'll pay you if I have to."
"Dr. Son, I'll buy this twice than what the real estate agency has offered. Do you want to pay twice your rent too?" He asks, raising his eyebrows which just irritated her. A few moments ago she loved those eyebrows, now she just wants to shave it off his face.
She stares at him for quite a while, until the man blinks rapidly and tears away from that momentary eye contact that she deliberately did to intimidate him.
