Chapter 6

-Owen POV-

I walk with Charlie and Anna back to the apartment building. Charlie and I walk behind Anna and I started to get nervous.

"Hey, Anna-banana. Me and Owen are going to hang at my place for a while, see you for dinner?" he says, and then the nerves really set.

"Okay, I'll cook." she says and I smile. Charlie opens his door and we walk in.

"The awnser is no. You may not." Charlie says throwing his keys on the couch.

"I may not what, might I ask?" I say, but I already know the awnser.

"You are not going to date my sister!" Charlie yells.

"I was not planning on it." I say back. "I mean if it happens I would not complain but I am not serching for a date. She is my best friend Charlie." I start to yell back.

"Why are you upset? You have no right..."

"No right. You are acusing me of something I never did or gave you any evidence of me doing!" I yell.

"You spend hours on end with her. You are her lock screen, she is yours." He yells pointing to my phone.

"Okay, like I said she is my best freaking friend, Charlie!" I yell.

"This is not fair. You were my friend before she showed up." Charlie yells, and I can see the tears in his eyes. He thinks he is loosing me and her.

"Charlie, our friendship is everything to me, if she is the problem then I can find a way to fix it." I yell.

"Oh, yeah and then what I loose you both." he comes back.

"Charlie, you are not going to loose us just because we are friends." I say coming back to my normal voice.

"I already have. She hates the fact that I am not myself anymore and she absolutly adores you. You want to hang out with her and that makes her happy so I don't mention anything but I need my friends too." He says.

"I know. I am not leaving. I just want to be able to hang out with both of you." I say.

"I get it. But please, just not yet." he says. I smile.

"Okay." I wrap him in a hug with a laugh. He pats my back.

"Now, I got to go." I say.

"Where?" Charlie says.

"Um, don't get mad. But I promised Kenny I would check on her, because of her freak out earlier." I say and he nods.

"Okay, I get it. Just watch it okay." he says. My phone viberates and I pull it out and check it.

"I know. I know. I got it. I got to go though, Kenny just texted me asking about her."

"Go, go. Can't leave Kenny waiting." Charlie laughs. I walk out and I hear a door open down the hall. I see Savanna and Jadah standing waiting. I walk down and wave as I go to knock on Anna's door.

"Nope. You can't go in there. Not right now." Jadah says, pulling me towards them.

"Why can I not go see her?" I ask.

"Becasue she heard the entire screaming match that went on and sent us to make sure you did not come see her." Savanna says. I drop my head.

"Of course she did." I say, I ignore their comments and them trying to keep me away from her.

"Anna." I say knocking on the door. "Please let me in." I say my head leaning against the door.

"Go away Owen." I can hear the tears in her voice and it is killing me.
