Secret lab of Doctor Hugh Altergott
General Barrett Hoff was a traitor to the Fatherland, but he wasn't going to let the German government know that. Most of them already knew as they were traitors themselves. Nevertheless, if he was suspected of any wrongdoing, he found a way to make it all go away.
Standing at 6 foot 5 inches he was the tallest soldier in the Deutsches Heer (German Army). He thought everyone beneath him, literally and figuratively, especially to those he despised.
After the death of Alexander Pierce and Hydra's loss of The Winter Soldier he had been searching far and wide for a suitable subject for his new project, Project SKULL. So far, no luck. The previous subject had failed, and they had to execute him. They couldn't risk another failure. Hoff was determined to build Hydra up to her full potential. At the moment SHIELD thought Hydra was close to being eradicated. They had no idea how wrong they were.
At the moment Hoff was walking to the lap of Doctor Hugh Altergott, a biochemical engineer who also doubled as his personal assistant who was mainly hired on to develop a machine that would target the cerebellum and the hippocampus. It would give Hydra full control of the subjects' body. Once the subject was put through the machine -still untitled- their minds would be completely wiped, and they would have no control over their every action. They would become more dangerous than The Winter Soldier. The thought made him smile.
Entering the lab, he spied the doctor over by the computer station. He approached him and laid a hand on his shoulder.

The doctor looked up at his boss as he gathered his papers together.

Hoff was immediately interested.

The doctor nodded in agreement. He quickly logged into the computer before him and pulled up an image of a dark-haired female.
(4)"Der Halbgott ist eine Frau, Sir. Sie nennt sich Wonder Woman und aus dem Sicherheitsmaterial un serer Zerstörten Einrichtung in Russland ist sie sehr machtig."
Dr. Altergott pulled up said video footage and Hoff watched Wonder Woman destroy the facility in Russia. He was very much impressed with what he saw.
