This collage shows how I view the boys and Louis's house as well as Harry's room :)

Another side note: I made the cover and I'm lowkey proud of it.

HARRY

Harry awoke to someone knocking on his door. He scrunched his face at the terrible taste that filled his mouth. Opening his eyes, Harry was met with the sun peering through his windows. The light touched all the surfaces in his white room, almost blinding him. Harry was snapped out of his dazed state at the sound of a second knock.

"Prince, your breakfast!" Liam, the castle's houseboy, called out. Liam was a pleasant boy. He was around Harry's age and knew how to keep an interesting conversation during the little times they did talk. Harry's father, the King, always spoke about how, "Servants are beneath us, so you treat them as such." Harry disagreed: Everyone's human, so they should be treated as such.

"I'm up."

After eating, Harry dressed in a plain white button-up and navy pants. While brushing his teeth, Liam knocked for the third time that day.

"Prince, I have your schedule for the day."

"Coming!" Harry replied once he spit the frothy mess in the sink. Harry wiped his mouth and continued out of his marble-filled bathroom to his room. Once he reached the door, Harry opened it, allowing Liam into the room. Liam smiled at the sight of Harry, earning a smile back. Harry always admired Liam's smile. It was warm and friendly, like a summer's day in the garden. Once seated at the round table across from Harry's bed, Liam began,

"Alright, sir-"

"Please, when you're behind that door," Harry pointed to his closed-door for emphasis, "call me Harry. I'm not above you, we're basically the same age, Liam." Liam smiled again and nodded his head at Harry's words.

"Okay, Harry, uh, this is all the King gave me. I believe it's mostly math and science for the day. My father should be at the castle soon." Harry slightly frowned at the last part. He always hated how Liam was born into working for the kingdom. Liam's family has worked at the castle for generations, so Liam didn't have much of a say in what he did, while Harry can choose how to further his life, along with being King, of course.

"Thanks, Liam. If you find that you have free time, you should garden with me later." Harry's days were filled with schooling, but almost every day he found time to visit his garden.

"Yeah, okay. I'll let you know if I'm free." The boys smiled once again and said their goodbyes before Liam walked back out of Harry's room, leaving Harry alone to ponder his tasks for the day.

LOUIS

Louis jumped out of bed once awakened by the screeching of a rooster. He grumbled to himself and angrily pulled pants over his drawers. Louis grabbed the scratch for the roosters and made his way to the miniature farm his family owned. Walking outside, Louis cussed to himself as the cold bit harshly at his bare chest. He stormed back to his house and threw on a ripped long-sleeve shirt.

Once he reached the roosters and hens, Louis threw the scratch at the ground for the animals to pick up. Louis admired how animals had someone to care for them and give them the best lives possible. In a way, Louis envied animals.

"Hey! Loubear!" Louis scoffed at the name Niall loved to call him. Originally only Louis's mother used the ridiculous nickname, but eventually, his friends caught on and began to utilize the name at any chance they had.

"What do you want Niall. I'm too busy being a productive adult to deal with your childish self at the moment," Louis shot back. Niall grabbed his chest, as he walked closer, and pretended as if he was wounded by Louis's words.

"Ouch mate, and for your information, I am being very much productive. I just 'borrowed' fifty coins from a passing carriage." Niall smirked triumphantly and dangled a red velvet pouch in the air.

"Niall! You were supposed to wake me up so we could do it together! What if you were injured out there, or captured!" Louis yelled at his friend with a slight pout. Niall's features softened as he brought the pouch back to his pants pocket.

"Hey, I'm sorry. I know your father was brought into the castle, but I wasn't, okay? I won't do it again, but you have to admit, this is fucking impressive mate! I did that all by myself Lou! Can you believe it!" Pure joy was written all over Niall's face, causing Louis to laugh and roll his eyes. Niall continued,

"Also, I couldn't wake you up. You looked so peaceful, curled up to your pillow, Loubear," Niall explained as if he was talking to a small animal. He laughed at his use of the nickname Louis loathed. Louis rolled his eyes again, but out of annoyance.

"What are you two wankers talking about!" Niall and Louis turned around facing their only other friend, Zayn.

"Zayn! Guess what I did this morning!" Niall yelled while running up to Zayn with his velvet pouch as if it was his greatest prize.

"What you did? Niall, did you do that by yourself?" Zayn asked, amused by the blonde boy's excitement.

"Yeah! All by myself Zayn! If I'm not the coolest person you've ever met, then I don't know who is," Niall declared and placed his hands on his hips.

"Damn Niall, good job mate!" Zayn and Niall high-fived, smiling. Louis cleared his throat and crossed his arms at the lack of attention.

"Right, I forgot we have a needy five-year-old to pay attention to, Ni," Zayn and Niall chuckled. Louis picked up some scratch the animals left behind and chucked it at the two cackling boys. They all began laughing and tossing the food at each other.

"Boys, what in the world are you doing?" Everyone stopped where they were standing and looked up at a confused Johannah. Louis's four younger siblings giggled at them as they all ran to the house.

"Oh, uh, hey mum. You know, we were just, uh, spreading the food around for the animals. Yeah." Niall barked out a laugh at Louis's lame excuse for their childish fight. Johannah shook her head and spoke again.

"Okay then, well we went to the market this morning, so if you three would like breakfast I should have some eggs and toast ready soon." All three dropped whatever scratch they were still holding and ran towards the house with grumbling stomachs.

After breakfast, Zayn, Niall, and Louis sat around Louis's small house. They began talking about the biggest "borrowing scheme" they have had yet, once Johannah went out with Louis's siblings. There were rumors surrounding a carriage carrying thousands of coins to the castle. This was the boys' moment to supply everyone in their village with money for weeks. Louis was tired of the royalty having everything, so he took it into his own hands and luckily found two friends that were more than happy to help.

This is my first time writing, like, anything. So, I hope it's bearable. I have just been thinking about this fanfic concept for a while. I don't know if anyone will read it, but, if you do, let me know what you think.

Also, yes, I know Louis has more than four siblings, but Louis is eighteen in the story, so at this time Louis would only have four. (Just putting that out there)

I hope I can stick with the story and update it frequently. I'm not a very motivated person, but you never know.

Anyways, thank you for checking this out. I love you and make sure you take care of yourself and drink some water and eat something, even if it's small :)
