Chapter 13

Crystal's P.O.V

After Grayson and I lefted the hospital to visit my sister, we went back to my house. Once we got their, we got out of the car and went into my house. When we entered the house, Grayson pulled me in for a kiss. I could feel electricity running through my body as we  kissed. We went to my room, he picked up and carried me as we were kissing the whole way until we got to my room. He opened the door and continued to carry me,but then he put me flat on my back on the mattress. I pulled away and looked at him out of breath.

"Do you think this is a good idea and all?" I asked him.

He answered me in a seductively husky voice I'd never heard from him before, "Yes I do, but it's all up to you babe," he said in an out of breath way "you up for it tonight?"

I nod my head and that's when it started.

Amber P.O.V

After a while of driving, we arrived at a the ice cream shop. Before I could open my door, Dakota has already done it for me. I thanked him and got out. He wrapped his arm around my waist and we started to walk to the ice cream parlor. I was so excited I think Dakota could feel it radiating off of me. We finally made it into the parlor and my eyes went wide from it all.

There were lots of people, old, young, toddlers. I saw people from school staring at us. I could tell they were jealous, and that just put a smile on my face. Here I was, with the hottest guy in school who is a werewolf and my mate. We arrived at a booth in the corner and sat down. He took my hands into his and brought them to his lips.

Then we heard the door open and saw Blake. He had a stupid smirk on his face. He seemed to be healed, but then he started to walk over to us. He began to limp. Dakota stood in front of me growling at the man walking over to us. Blake's smirk soon fell off as I stepped next to Dakota. I could feel Dakota's eye's on me. I knew he didn't want me to be so open to any attacks, but I'm sure Blake wouldn't cause any trouble in front of this many people.

"What do you want?" I whispered so only we could hear.

"Just wanted to see what damage I did. It seems like not enough. But you did give me a little trouble." He said as he jestured to himself.

"I saw." I smirked as I crossed my arms over my chest. Dakota put his arm around my waist and pulled me as close as he could.

"We'll enjoy your little fun here... I'll leave first." He then exited the ice cream parlor.

I looked up at Dakota and turned so I could hug him. He instantly hugged back. I could feel people looking at us but I didnt care. We quickly grabbed our ice cream, then left the store. I couldn't believe he found us. And I'm surprised he is still alive from the damage I delt on him.

I need to leave. I can't let Blake come after Dakota because of me. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to him. Plus, its not my first time I have ran away from something. But he still doesn't deserve this. I love him but I can't let him get hurt. But leaving will just hurt both of us... Ugh! This is horrible.

I need Dakota with me, I can't leave him. Why did this have to happen to me? This wasn't suppose to happen. I looked at Dakota to see him staring at me.

"You know I would never let you leave me here." He said staring right into my eyes. I looked away.

"I know... But I don't want you yo get hurt because of me."

"You almost died! I thought after the fight you would have died! I went on a rampage, I went to find him. I had to get revenge for what he did to you! I can't loose you again." He grabbed my face to make me face him.

"But I didn't! I'm still here-" he cut me off.

"And your going to stay here. I'm not going to let you go somewhere without me. Plus, I can protect myself and I want to protect you if you give me the chance." I could see sadness and depression in his eyes. I hated it, I wanted him to be happy but I'm the one making him feel this way.

"Sorry..."

"I know, and I love you so please don't leave me here. I need you, Amber." He hugged me and breathed in my scent to calm him down.

"I love you too, Dakota." As I said this I hugged him back.
