i thought it would be nice to just explain what shifting IS since i told my friends ab this book and i feel like they're gonna flat-out think i'm crazy when reading it LMAO😤

but anyway, on to reality shifting!!

so, what is reality shifting?

it's basically moving your conciousness from one reality to another. you move your coincousness to another body in another reality (the reality u want to go to)

many people have done this unknowingly, for example by listening to subliminals or manifesting (cause you're literally shifting to a reality where your manifestations become true)

and now people found out that you can shift to a completely different place, wether that would be Hogwarts, Attack on Titan, Demonslayer, MCU or, ofcourse, the place i'm shifting to, My Hero Academia :)

so i'll be honest, i'm not sure if it's real. have i shifted? yESSS! do i fully trust that i'm not dreaming? nOOO!

i mean i do believe in it, because it feels real and i'm not doing it while asleep, but also.. i don't wanna look crazy? lmao- i mean i'm still new to shifting, even if i'm experienced and it still feels a bit crazy to me. i mean, who wouldn't freak out if they randomly woke up from an angry bakugou screaming at them, right? 😀🔫

but yeah, basically there are multiple different methods and ways to shift (mine was just meditating in the day + affirming and setting intention to wake up there at night cause ya girl is wayyyy too lazy to count to 100 and all that shit)

but yeah thats shifting in basic words ;o;

also before you come at me w that "it's lucid dreaming" bullshit,
alot of people have already debunked why shifting is REAL and not maldaptive daydreaming, lucid dreaming nor astral projection but i'll maybe explain those in other chapter :)

but anyway that's shifting :)

honestly i didn't make this book to explain shifting, just to share my stories online since i feel so akward talking about my experience ro my friends cause.. idk? it feels weird being like "yo i went to another life where i was in an anime dating the angry pomeranian everyone has a crush on😀" but i found out that people could be reading this being really confused as to what it is soooo, here u go!!
