I know that the fake dating trope is totally overdone, but I love it so much!!
The title is a little funny hehe. It was originally cherry plucking, because to lose your virginity meant that your cherry had been plucked. But because the phrase is used so differently in different places (e.g. it could be your cherry was popped, or picked) I decided to go with the version that sounded the best as a title for a story, and so Cherry Picking was born.
