Chapter Twenty Four: Reality

Chapter 24

Harry POV

I sat there. Debating whether or not to go and see her. Would she still want to see me after what I did to her?

       “Flight 389 now departing for New York.”

I needed to make things right with her…but was now the right time?

       “Last call for Flight 389 to New York.”

This seems like it will be my last chance. I got up off the bench and walked to the gate.

Niall’s POV

Brooke’s acting really weird right now.

Harry’s POV

I don’t know why I’m doing this. In the end one of us is just going to end up getting hurt, and I feel like Niall should be happy.

I shouldn’t have gotten on the plane but it’s too late now. I’ll just have to see what Brooke says.

Deep down, I know what I want is wrong.

Niall’s POV

Tonight is New Years Eve, and I want to become more serious with Brooke.

There is only one thing that is stopping me, and that would be my gut feeling I have, that this is all wrong.

       I have so many ideas, but I have no way to execute them.

Tonight the ball is going to drop. There could be something special that comes along with that…

Brooke’s POV

I’m so excited for tonight. Niall said he had big plans. I just want to know what they are.

       I do know that we’re going to Times Square to watch the ball dropping, but that’s all.

              I still haven’t figured out the right time to tell Niall, it just never seems like good timing. But I guess there will never be a good time for it.

Niall’s POV

I know what I’m going to tell her.

       I’m going to take her to the very middle of Time’s Square and when the ball drops the jumbo screen is going to say,

“I love you Brooke will you come on tour with me?”

It’s going to be perfect. I can’t wait.

I called some friends of Paul, and they said it would be ok if I did that.
