Erick's Pov

"Damn it! I told you to spy on them! And when I said spy, that means to not get caught! Are you dumb?!"

Yes. I am mad. I am having tantrums!

Who wouldn't be?!

Sa sobrang inis ko ay itinapon ko ang aking mga gamit na nasa lamesa. Pati nga ang lamesa ay aking tinumba.

Kinuha ko rin ang aking baril at ikinasa iyon.

Itinutok ko rin iyon sa gilid, na kung saan ay wala namang tao doon.

"King" galit na napalingon ako sa likod.

"Do you have news Rook? Also, get rid of this pawn out of my sight!" Galit na utos ko.

Agad naman na sinunod niya iyon at pagkatapos ay iniabot niya sa akin ang telepono.

Tinitigan ko lang muna ang telepono na iyon at hindi ko kinuha. "Its the queen. She wants to talk to you"

Queen?

Kinuha ko naman na iyon at itinapat sa aking tenga.

["Kanina pa ako tawag ng tawag pero nagagalit ka pala at nagpapaputok pa ng baril kaya di mo masagot. I have something to tell you"]

["What is it queen?"] I asked.

I heard her sighed first before she continued. ["One member of the melas oneiros barged in into my house and he was looking for the notebook"]

Hmm.. its a good thing that she gave it to me.

["He attacked you, didn't he? Are you alright?"] I worriedly asked.

["I am. How was the spy you sent?"]

I immediately clenched my fist and took a deep breath to calm myself down.

["It didn't go as planned. They noticed them. Some were killed and some were just injured"]

["See? I told you not to send them as spies. Yet you did not listen"]

Napahawak naman ako sa aking sentido at napabuntong hininga na lang. ["You're going somewhere right? Do you want me to send some guards?"]

["No thanks. I can handle myself and Loise at the same time. Also, nandun rin naman ang dark devils, well, except kay Neo na makikipagdate kay Agatha"]

["Okay. Call me if you need anything Queen"] sabi ko pa at ibinaba ko na ang tawag.

Tch. Avie's right. I should've just listened to her.

"Shoud I guard both the queen and the girl later at the party?" Asked by the rook.

"Yeah. You should"

"You must do it"

"But father---" I was cut off when my father slapped me.

"This life is like a game of chess, my daughter. We must make an intelligent move in order to survive. I, your father is the king. And you my daughter is the queen. You're the most powerful in all of the officials. So you must think intelligently!" He explained.

Napayuko na lang ako at hindi na nakapagsalita. Humawak na lang ako sa aking pisngi dahil mahapdi pa rin ito.

"Do you understand my daughter?"

I nodded as a response. "Yes, father"

"You may leave now. Make sure no one will see through you" dagdag niya pa.

Umalis na ako sa loob ng kwartong iyon at naglakad na papalabas.

Habang naglalakad papalabas ay di ko maiwasan na di mapatingin sa mga
Kwarto na madadaanan ko dito.

Napatigil ako sa paglalakad at lumapit sa glass window para makita ko ng maayos ang miyembro ng 7 deadly sins na kasalukuyang napipilitan na gumawa ng eksperimento.

"None of this would've happened if only your group weren't formed in the first place" mahinang bulong ko sa sarili ko.

"The boss told you to keep on working!" Sigaw ng isa sa alagad ni dad.

Ang malakas na tunog kanina ay nagmula sa suntok ng alagad ni dad.

When he was about to hit Mrs. Fernandez, I got inside the room and yelled. "Stop it or I'll fire this gun to you" I seriously said as I pointed out the gun at him.

"Queen. But your father---" I cut him off.

"Even though I'm his daughter, you aren't allowed to call him anything else except for king. Also, even though he did told you to guard them and that they should only keep working, you aren't allowed to hit a lady!"

Napayuko naman siya sa sinabi ko at humingi ng tawad.

Ibinaba ko naman na ang baril at tumalikod na para umalis.

Argh?! Why did I just jumped in there?! I have no such business!

At saka hindi na dapat ako nangengealam pa! They're not part of my business anyway.
