Damn shyness (Kid x Reader)

Part 8

Two days have passed since the death of your cat and you haven't seen Kid or Killer in those days, you are still sleeping in your mother room because you still don't feel ready to go back to sleep on yours. Now you were alone having breakfast since your mother is still sleeping so while having breakfast, you remember the deal you made with Kid, today was the day you would go out with him and you still feel a little scared, especially not knowing where he will take you, but a deal was a deal so you must go. 

You hear some noise outside so you go look out the window and you see Kid arriving in his car so you get out and you see him pulling a big box out of his trunk, he was bit angry but then he sees you and quickly puts the box back inside little nervous and close the trunk. He looks at you again and smiles a little and walks towards you so you do the same.

-I finally see you-Kid says-How do you feel?

-I'm better

-You still don't sleep in your room, right? it's always so quiet and dark at your window when I look at it... I mean... it's not like I look at your window to watch you, it's unavoidable since my window is in front of yours

-I'm not ready to be there yet-You look at the ground-Every time I go inside, I can only see what happened that night-You sigh-But I'm ready to fulfill the deal we made, I'll go wherever you will take me ... of course if you not busy and you still want to go, it's early but I see you're a bit busy with that box and you didn't seem... happy

-Forget the box, that box is not important, it's just... something of my job and if I was angry it's because no one could go get it but let's forget about that, I'm more than ready for today, I even warned everyone that I had important plans today so they won't bother contacting me but tell me, are you sure? we can go another day if you're not ready yet

-I can't be like this forever, the faster the better

-Perfect-Kid smiles-Because today you will experience something that will make you change the way you see life

-Good, that's what I need. what time should I be ready?

-In an hour

-Okay, then I'll go get ready-You start walking

-(y/n)-Kid says and you look at him-I can't wait to see your face when I see what I have prepared for you

-Should I worry?-You say now a little distrustful

-You are my friend, I would never put you in danger and I will always protect you

You blush a little but you continue walking but smile hearing him say that you are his friend, for you is still hard to believe it but you will do everything possible not to ruin this friendship. Kid turns around and blushes putting a hand on his face ashamed of what he said, he had never said something as corny as that in his life but at this point, he should no longer be surprised, with you he has been acting in ways that he has never done for others, he still can't understand these actions towards you but his words and actions towards you are the most sincere and pure thing he has done in all his life.

Now you're in the car with Kid and Killer in silence, you still don't know where he going to take you, Killer doesn't know Kid plans either but then you three some kind of airport in the distance.

-Kid, what the hell are we doing here?-Killer says

-You see-Kid say

You arrive and get out of the car and Kid went to talk to someone so Killer and you wait in silence again seeing him talk to a person but then you see a poster with parachute instructions with some photos, filling you with curiosity.
