When you kiss their hand/cheek

Nucky:

When he's hard at work and you suddenly give his cheek a kiss, he will give you a confused look before chuckling, asking what you want. When you shrug and say just wanted to cheer him up since he's hard at work, he nod before going back to work, saying as kind as that is, he's got a lot of work so he has to focus on work.

Eli:

He will be confused, asking you what's with the kiss. When you shrug and say you just felt like it, he hummed before returning the kiss to return the favor.

Margaret:

She likes it when you give her cheek a kiss, always makes her feel warm inside and happy. She likes it when you give her cheek a kiss in the morning, it's a good and lovely way to start the day.

Jimmy:

Depends on his mood. He will either just ask you what you are doing or chuckle and wrap an arm around you. It also comforts him when he's thinking back of the war and you give his cheek some kisses, assuring him it's all okay now and the war is over.

Gillian:

When you kiss her cheek, she will chuckle and give your lips a kiss. When you kiss her hand, she will feel like fancy as if she's some queen.

Richard:

He will get embarassed and cover his cheek, his face heating up, not understanding how you could possibly kiss his ugly face. When you assure him his face is handsome and you don't think less of him or how handsome he is just because he wears a mask, he will get even more embarrassed and his face turning even more red but appreciate what you said a lot because it made him feel a lot better.

Mickey:

He will cover his cheek, shocked at the sudden kiss before letting out a nervous giggle, feeling funny inside, asking what that was for. When you said just felt like it, he let out another giggle, feeling happy now by this.

Arnold:

He has a stomach which gets upset quite easily so while he's in pain from his stomach, give his cheek a kiss to cheer him up a bit. He will chuckle and give you a smile, joking a little by saying he can already feel the pain going away.

Chalky:

He will chuckle, asking what that was for while wrapping his arm around you and giving your cheek a kiss in return.

Nelson:

He will pull away, confused and wondering why you did this before asking you with a frown why you did this. When you chuckle and say just because, he will frown and go back to doing what he was doing, still confused about it and wondering if there wasn't another meaning to it.

Al: (For those who don't know, he hated his scars and the nickname "Scarface" and would try to hide them with makeup. He would say they are war wounds, which they were not, he never fought in the war.)

He doesn't like the three cuts on his cheek so when he's fussing about them, give his cheek a kiss and assure him you like them or you don't mind them. It doesn't make him like them, but it can make him less annoyed about them and stop fussing about them.

Charlie:

Sometimes he feels hopeless with his job, slouched in a chair with his head back, sighing and groaning. So just give his cheek a kiss and assure him he's doing great and say some other kind things and he will cheer up. He doesn't really like it when you kiss his hand, he finds it weird and awkward but if you do it, he will chuckle and pull his hand away, asking if he's suddenly some kind of princess.

Meyer:

He has to deal with two idiots a lot so sometimes you can find him having a smoke while rubbing his temples. So to cheer him up, give his cheek a kiss and assure him he's doing a good job, especially dealing with them. He will chuckle and thank you.

Benny:

When he gets a bit insane, just give his cheek or hand some kisses, talking in a soft tone to calm him down. But it can also have the opposite effect. When he is calm and you suddenly give his cheek a kiss, he will grin, wrapping his arms around you, asking what that was for before saying he knows something more fun you two can do that involves a lot more than just kissing.

Gyp:

He will get this smug smile, seeing this as a sign that you find him a good boyfriend. When you tell him to wipe that smug look off his face, he will chuckle and say with a careless shrug that he can't help it.
