Percy's POV

Gods, I love Annabeth.

Okay, maybe it was three in the morning. Maybe I did feel weird and sort of dizzy. Maybe Annabeth was red in the face.

Who cared?

"So, Annie." I noticed that my words were a little slurred, but hey, probably my imagination. "Emily's cute."

Annabeth wore a low-cut skirt and she looked so sexy, I wanted to...

Okay, kids. Stay out of this. This is grown-up stuff.

"Who's Emily?" Annabeth slurred.

"I-I don't remember now, who cares when you're even cuter." I mumbled, then tried wiggling my eyebrows. "I love your---"

Annabeth kissed me. It wasn't a soft one. It was passionate and hard and made me feel---well, I smirked and started feeling up her top.

~Ten a.m.~

Bleep. Bleep. Ble---

I cut it off as I smashed it onto the floor.

"Ughhhh." I groaned.

What happened?

I vaguely remembered the bar, the kids staying at Frank and Hazel's place, me and Annabeth, our bodies entwined---

Oh gods.

Whoops.

"Annabeth." I jumped out of bed. "We have to get the kids! We're picking them up at eleven!"

"Mmph." Annabeth had her head buried in the pillow.

I was gonna be the responsible one for a change now. I shook her until her eyes opened just an inch. Then I dragged her out of bed.

"Get changed, Wise Girl." I teased. "I don't have to remember your body again, do I?"

That was it. Annie slapped me on the arm.

"I'm going, Seaweed Brain." she groaned. "You make breakfast, then I'll drive."

I wasn't sure if any of us two was in any condition to drive. My legs were jelly, but I managed to drag myself to the kitchen. I dumped out the leftover frozen pancakes.

Ew. I mean, I have nothing against frozen pancakes, but they weren't BLUE. I couldn't eat them!

"You finished?" Annabeth was in her baggy T-shirt and jeans, hair in signature ponytail look. I wistfully remembered her sexy skirt last night, and I slapped myself this time. Focus, Percy.

"Uh, nope. Almost." I managed. "You know, Annie, I actually have a hangover and---"

"Forget the hangover!" Annabeth yelled. "It's ten thirty and you think I don't have a hangover myself?"

"About that---"

"Just eat the pancakes, Percy." Annabeth stood there with her no nonsense look.

I gasped. "But Annie they aren't---"

"Blue. I know. You can actually survive if you eat non-blue food once, Kelp Head." Annabeth crossed her arms. "C'mon, jeez."
