Katsuki POV (guys i suck at writing character pov so trust me it'll get better after his pov :'))
I knew that I shouldn't have been so angry at him. It was my fault that he went into heat so he had the right to be angry but I just got frustrated as to how he couldn't see my point.
But that doesn't matter now. What matters is that I find Izuku and fix things.
I thought the easiest solution was the park, but when I sprinted my way there, I couldn't find him. So now I had to think of other options.
He likes the beach so I should go there. Running my way there, I asked here and there if they have seen a male greenette that's about 5'5 but nobody seemed to have seen him. Does nobody fucking help in this world?
Luckily the beach wasn't too big, so I was able to scan the area within a few minutes but sadly I still did not manage to find Izuku.
I was running out of ideas. I've been to the park, and the beach and I also checked the kids playground next to our homes but I've had no luck, so where could he be?
Where was a place that Izuku felt the safest?
It took me a while but a memory of us popped up in my mind. We were at a forest? But what forest? Izuku was sitting under a tree.
Though my memory seemed hazy, I recognized this tree. It was tall and old but had a small hole in it that could fit two small children there.
Where was this place? Think Katsuki, think.
Wait, I know! Fuck I need to run.
Running as fast as I could, I ran the opposite direction to the beach. I passed houses, stores and small restaurants but behind this specific run down building, was a forest of beautiful greens.
I sigh in relief, thankful that I remembered what this place was, and certain that Izuku would be here. I slowly walked through the dark, paved path into the woods. I looked around hoping to find the tree somewhere, but it seemed that it was far deeper than I thought.
I searched for probably more than ten minutes, and spotted a small light flashing in a distance. Instinctively, I ran towards it, hoping that it was where Izuku was.
As I got closer, I slowly crept my way instead of running to avoid making noise. I saw the back of the tree that remained in my memory and hid behind it, ready to protect myself in case this really wasn't Izu.
I knew to let my guard down when I felt a whiff of chocolate and mint - That was the familiar scent of his pheromones. I knew better than to scare him so I slowly walked towards the front of the tree.
"W-who's there?" The voice squeaked.
I laughed as I found the surprised greenette and spoke, "You made me run around the entire neighborhood for you."
"K-Katsuki..." The greenette stuttered before starting to sob.
"Fuck, no don't cry." I frowned. I didn't like it when he cried because of me.
Izuku got out of the small hole that he somehow managed to fit in and hugged me tightly, sobbing onto my chest.
"I hate you." He cried more.
"I'm sorry." I didn't know what to say. I'm not for apologizing but this is Izuku we're talking about.
"You're so stupid." He sobbed again.
"I know."
"You're mean."
"Yes babe, I know." I just took it all in. Knowing that I'd probably hate this later, I just wanted to comfort him for now.
