After what Bakugo said, Izuku started to doubt himself. Being Quirkless gave him limitations, there was only so much a Quirkless person can do. He already knew that, but Bakugo reminded him and showed him the huge difference.

Izuku peeked his head out the window and looked down trying to find where his Hero Analysis for the Future notebook landed and saw that it was just on the ground.

With this Izuku closed the window, got his bag and started to walk out of the classroom before closing the door. He was heading to where his exploded notebook was. Our freckled protagonist had his head down and stared at the floor the entire way to his notebook while clenching his fist, he was deep in thought rethinking whether or not he should still try to be a Hero.

Eventually he reached where his notebook was and picked it up. He stared blankly at the notebook as he started to sift through it, only to be met with mostly burnt and destroyed pages.

Izuku sighed heavily as he returned his destroyed notebook to his bag. Izuku started to walk out of school but was too deep in thought to know where he was going. He started to doubt himself more and more in each passing second. Thinking that maybe becoming a Hero was a pipe dream. Maybe he should face reality and accept that a Quirkless teenager like him could never be a Hero. Maybe he should stop this childish and wishful dream of his.

Izuku was finally back in thought when his head suddenly hit a pole. The green haired teenager rubbed his forehead from the pain and looked around to see where he was. It was a park, he vaguely remembered this park. It was the park where he and Bakugo first met, they would play here with the other kids for hours before having to go back home. But he remembered that those memories were just in the past and he should just forget about it.

Izuku saw the vending machine near the entrance of the park that was beside a bench and decided why not get a drink.

Izuku was now in front of the vending machine but all he did was stare at the drinks blatantly. He remembered what Bakugo said and his doubts and thoughts from earlier started to return. It felt like he was in a never ending train of thought until he was interrupted by someone.

"Excuse me but are you gonna use the vending machine?" As Izuku heard this a finger was tapping on his shoulders.

Izuku turned around to be met with a rather beautiful ginger haired girl around his age that had her hair in a simple ponytail accompanied by beautiful teal eyes and a rather slim build and a decent height. She looked around the same age as our protagonist. She wore what looked like exercise clothes and was sweating quite a bit and probably looked like she needed a drink.

"Oh I'm sorry for blocking the way." As Izuku went to the side and just sat on the bench that was beside the vending machine.

When Izuku sat down he looked down on the ground and started to think about what he should do with his life. He started thinking about jobs or professions he can get / do but all that thinking was futile as deep down inside he still wanted to be a Hero. Suddenly his train of thought was interrupted again when he felt something cold was put up against the back of his neck.

This gave our green eyed boy a surprise as he looked up only to be met by the same ginger haired teal eyed girl he blocked from the vending machine.

"Is water fine?" As the ginger haired girl handed him a bottle of water.

"Oh, thank you I guess." Was all our diamond freckled boy could say as he accepted the bottle of water and the ginger haired girl sat beside him.

"Hi I'm Itsuka Kendo, you can call me whatever you want." As the ginger haired girl gave him a smile.
