The Long Awaited Day

Recap of our diamond freckled protagonist's two months of training before the U.A. Entrance Exam

The two months of training with All Might and Nezu was much harder and more difficult than what the previous months of training were like.

First he still had to wake up early in the morning and do his usual jog, usual stretchings and the workout for the day. After that he would take a shower to wash out all the sweat he amassed. When he finishes taking a shower he'll start changing to his school uniform and his Mother Inko would have typically finished breakfast by now. Of course his breakfast was something that Nezu and Recovery Girl collaborated on, the impressive part was how his Mother was able to follow the instructions, I guess that's Mother's intuition for you.

After eating breakfast he'd say his goodbye and go to school. He would attend school and right after classes ended he would leave Aldera and head straight for U.A., Izuku was given a special pass that allowed him to go inside U.A. and to avoid people seeing him, he would use the entrance behind the school.

Our green haired protagonist then goes to a changing room besides Gym Gamma to change into some training attire.

The first few days were on trying to control One for All. And Nezu suggested for Izuku to distribute One for All evenly throughout his body and he was able to use 5% of One for All.

When he would spread One for All he would have to focus for a while before he could activate it. When activated a greenish glow surrounded his body in a vein like formation. His strength and speed were amplified. His first few days were trying to lessen how long he has to focus as much as possible by having him focus while taking damage or while getting distracted or getting him out of focus.

His other training mostly consisted of muscle improvement and body improvement. And having him increase his stamina and endurance. And after his training he would take a quick shower near the Gamma Gym and he would take the train home, sometimes All Might would drive him home. His training was pretty much the same for the most part but of course for longer periods of time during the weekends.

The goal for the two months of training before the U.A. Entrance Exam was to get our protagonist as used to One for All as possible. He was going to go up against other students who have had their Quirks for basically their entire life and compared to him, he only had his Quirk a few days ago. So Midoriya was only using 5% of One for All so he could get situated with it. Midoriya could certainly go above 5% but it was better to be safe than sorry and limited himself to 5%.

They noticed the strain of using anything above 5% was a bit straining and if he lost control / concentration it could be dangerous for his body so they decided to have Midoriya have a Hero Costume to use in training instead of regular training clothes to help lessen the backlash even more. Also it was just way cheaper and more logical than having lots of destroyed gym clothes. Thanks to Nezu and All Might's connections he got a Hero Costume to help lessen the strain of One for All. Recovery Girl and Nezu helped by recommending what material to use so the backlash of One for All won't strain him as much and even recommending him to have arm braces and reinforcing his boots with iron and lot's of padding all over his body to lessen the possible strain on his ligaments as much as possible.

His Hero Costume consists of a darkish green full body jumpsuit made of the best material with a red belt that had some first aid and a few medications on hand. He wore black arm braces and black elbow pads with white gloves that were tinted with beige and had blue stripes. He wore black knee pads and wore his signature red high top boots with thick black soles that were reinforced with iron coloured in black. He also had a metal respirator that was shaped in a diamond with eight holes and another function of his metal respirator was that it had a recording device and a microphone. He can of course communicate with other people with it and it will record stuff that he notices or thinks that are handy. He will later then listen to the recording and add any interesting details he found to his Hero Analysis for the Future notebook. Another function was it had a connecting port for easy transferring of recordings to his respirator to other devices. Finally he had a hood type of mask that was attached to his jumpsuit and had this tufts of cloth that was at the top, resembling All Might's Golden Blond Hair tufts. Also the hood had attachable goggles, they were in case of situations like underwater operations or when he needed his eyes protected.
