I am very sorry if the small portion of French is wrong.
I've never been taught French.
Don't know why I chose to make Aspen French but he's too cute not to have.<<<<<<>>>>>>
Having spent a couple of gruesome days, Sabrina and her friends managed to get Aspen to come hangout with them at the Cerberus Books. And their conversation about a remake had abruptly come to an end when Roz asked everyone what they were doing for the weekend.
"Binge reading," Aspen answers unsurely. Which none of them were surprised about.
"Well, my dad is going to the Farm Expo for three days. So I'm stuck at home by myself." Susie says which led for Roz having a perfect idea.
"Ooh! Let's have a girls' night." Though Susie was unsure about that idea. "C'mon, Susie, please? My mom and dad are trying to get me to lead this youth group at their church this weekend. Staying with you would give me the prefect excuse not to do that."
"I dunno, Roz." Susie shaking her head. So Roz turned to get Sabrina on board. Though she quickly declined saying she was going to the Expo with her aunt. But in reality, she was to attend the Academy of Unseen arts.
With Sabrina now attending the Academy, she continued to have mix feels about it. But with the Weird Sister harrowing her, Sabrina had two choices contacting her aunts or summoning Nox. She chose her aunts due to the fact she isn't aware of what Nox could do. Probably the best choice of action for the young witch.
Meanwhile away from the witch's world, Roz, Susie, Harvey, and even Aspen were at Susie's place. Harvey was still on edge about what could possible in his father's mines, more so with the knowledge of what had happened to Susie's uncle.
"I saw something in the mines, too." Harvey pleaded with Susie when the group heard a noise from upstairs. Hesitant about it, Susie lead the upstairs to where her uncle was being kept. The heavy labored breathing from her uncle was unnerving as they enter the room.
Harvey stepped up to the bed to try to speak with him. He looked back at his friends who were still next to the door before continuing his attempt to get information from the traumatized man. However something unexpected happened. The man shot up from the bed and grabbed at Harvey by the shirt
"He's going to eat your souls!" He screeched. Getting away from his grip, Harvey ran from the man. With the crazies man coming from behind, Harvey was grabbed once more and was thrown to the ground. Thankfully before the man could do anything damaging, Aspen struck the man with a nearby kettle, knocking the man out cold.
"Bloody hell," Aspen breathed out.
An hour or more after that unexpected event, the four of them were sitting downstairs of Susie's house trying to make sense of what happened.
"Should we go check on him?" Roz asked unsure as she'll look at Harvey and the other.
"Yeah, maybe."
"No. Possédé." Was all Aspen could say.
"Poss-what?" Susie asked as the three looked at Aspen.
"Possessed. Uh-" Aspen struggles to find the correct American words before running over to his bag. He pulled out an old drawing from it and showed it to them. It was a dark horrid creature with horns and sharp teeth.
"You think he's possessed by a dark spirit. A demon?" Roz says. Aspen shakes his head.
"We should still go see if he's okay," Harvey still suggested and stood from the couch. "You don't have to come up with us, Aspen."
"No. I no trust," Aspen says worried for his friends' safety. So he follows the three back up stairs to check up on Susie's uncle. Upon reentering the room, they watched as the twitched and squirmed in the bed with his limbs tied up to the bed post.
They hoped things would get better but Aspen wasn't so sure. And boy was he right. They four had experienced Susie's uncle appearing before them with a threatening message for each other them. When school came around, the four were talking about their experience in the library before Sabrina had walked in.
"Maybe he should call an exorcist instead," Harvey recommended.
"What-- What do you mean?" Sabrina stammers.
"I was telling them. You know that thing I saw in the mines. Jesse saw it too." Harvey tells her. "And Aspen has been gittery about the whole thing and didn't want to approach Jesse after that."
"How did he know that?" Sabrina questioned.
"He said that he'll consume our souls," Aspen confessed lowly. Roz also mentioned the fact the Uncle Jesse appeared in their homes, saying terrible things to them. "Jesse possédé.
"He saying possessed." Harvey translates.
"Maybe it was... nightmares," Sabrina says attempting to slide it off like some ordinary nightmare.
"This wasn't a nightmare, 'Brina. And Jesse might not be possessed, but he definitely looks like he's possessed." Harvey assured.
"Well, whatever is wrong with your uncle, Susie, promise me you're not gonna go back in there, okay?" Sabrina asked of her for her well-being.
"Trust me, wild horse couldn't drag me back in there." Susie says not ever wanting to see that horrid image of her uncle.
Sabrina knew what she had to do to ensure the safety of her friends when she confirmed that Uncle Jesse was indeed possessed by a demon. And with the help of her aunts and Mrs. Wardwell, she was able to exorcised the demon out of Jesse and dispose of it. Though for Sabrina and her aunts, their night was over just yet. Father Blackwood had paid the Spellmans a visit about their unauthorized exorcism but they were lucky to get away it with Zelda's informing Blackwood of his wife's twin pregnancy that would be very difficult without her help.
The next day, news on Uncle Jess was brought up to the Spellmans. The man had passed due to heart failure.
