Chapter 10

"I- uh" I tried to speak but no words escaped my mouth. Jack smiled as he stepped away from the now frosted tree. "Amazing right" He whispered to himself as he stared at the tree. He quickly looked down at me as he noticed I was still standing there not knowing what to say.

"Hm so you say you got this power today?" He asked as he crossed his arms waiting for me to answer. I nodded slowly. "I can't touch anything with out freezing it...I don't know how to make it stop." I whispered as I looked down as my shaking hands that were covered with the thick winter glove.

Jack grabbed my wrist. "h-hey let me go!" I spoke up but he just ignored me and started pulling off the glove making me panic. "He-hey stop! I'll freeze you j-jack!" I tried to yank my hand back but his grip was to strong. "Relax I just want to see something." He rolled his eye then stared at me with that annoyed face of his. 

I stopped trying to pull away as he pulled the glove off my hand. He hesitated before slowly using his free hand to reach for my uncovered hand. "Jack don't please I don't want to freeze you!" I pleaded but he just ignored me and finally grabbing a hold of my hand. His hand felt so warm as he held my cold one. 

"See you didn't freeze me. But if you touched someone else you probably would have. Probably because I have the same power as you" He thought out loud. " lets see what happens if you place your hand on my face." He pulled my hand to his face. 

"No that is enough!" I hissed and finally pulled my hand way from him. I bent down and grabbed onto the glove that he threw on the floor and slipped it back on. "Please take me home" I whispered making him roll his eyes and pushed past me making his way to the car.

"Fine but don't be crying when you lose all control of your powers and everyone see the real monster you are." Jack spoke as he unlocked him car. I stopped in my tracks and stared at him. 

"Then teach me how to control them!" I yelled at him. 

"please Jack... You are the only one that knows about this. I know you don't like me but please! I won't tell anyone your helping me just please." I asked as Jack just looked at me with a bored face. "p-please I don't want to be a monster.." my voice cracked as a tear fell from my eye. 

"One condition then Elsa.." Jack whispered as he walked closer to me with a wicked smirk on his face.
