Durmstrang Girl~ Hogwarts Life

Chapter 2- Hogwarts

It's the day of our arrival at hogwarts, we all had to dress in our dressy uniforms. I wore my red black plaid skirt, knees high black socks and my Durmstrang robe with my white button down and Bulgarian sweater. The rest of the guys wore their black uniforms. When we get to the hall, Dumbledore insisted that I and Krum come to the front of the room to be introduced and sorted. During the tournament we still wouldn't have classes but we will be staying at hogwarts.
I stood infront of my mirror almost in tears, my last moments as a Durmstrang girl. I feel arms wrap around my waist and I turn to see Krum.

"Igor wants us front and center," he says sighing

"I'm going to miss Durmstrang, all my brothers are here.."

"I know. But hogwarts will be fun. It'll be nice to see girls more often," he says chuckling

"Not really..but come on, we have a big day ahead of us." I say kissing his cheek then putting my robe on. It's just like the guys dress robe. It's red with a fur collar. I turn around and Krum is smiling at me.

"I'm going to miss you when I leave next year." He says with melancholy

"We'll always have quidditch, but let's enjoy the now." I say smiling then holding out my hand. We walk out of our room and the boat Erupts with clapping. I feel tears pricking my eyes and I start to hug them.

"We will stay in touch," I say to them

"To our Sestra!" Collin says raising a glass

"Sestra!" The rest raises their glass and cheers.

"Everybody time for the introduction!" Igor yells and we walk off the boat and walk into hogwarts. It's amazing. I feel like a princess in a castle. We walk through the halls and I look around me. It's truly beautiful here. Igor pulls me and Krum to the front and my heart beat quickens.

"Please welcome, Durmstrang!" I hear Dumbledore say through the giant door.
It opens and we make a grand entrance. There are a few whispers of people asking their neighbors about the Bulgarian team and such. I spot harry Ron and the twins at one table and I wink at them. Then I spot Cedric and he winks at me. Igor got two of my friends to breath fire for us, I thought it was a bit tacky but the others loved the idea. Dumbledore welcomed Igor then led Krum and I to the sides of his podium whilst the others go sit at a table.

"Hogwarts! I'm sure most of you know, we have two new students joining us this year. This is Viktor Krum! He's a world class seeker for the Bulgarian quidditch team. Please welcome him with open arms." He says clapping with the rest of the room, "and this." He says putting a hand on my shoulder, "is Carter Dumbledore, my beloved niece." He says and the twins start cheering and I shoot them glares.
"She is a world class beater for the Bulgarian quidditch team! Now we must sort them!" And the entire room starts cheering. As a chair and an old lady with a hat comes along I see that the room is basically split into 4 groups. There burgundy, green, blue, and yellow. Krum sits down on the chair and the old hat is placed in his head.

"Ooooo a famous young one. Well not so young. I see greatness, the heart of a lion, the choice is clear..GRYFINDOR" the hat shouts and I can see Ron faint. The burgundy row starts cheering and invites Krum in. Now it's my turn. I sit down on the chair and the hat is placed on me.

"Albus? No. The blood is confusing me. So many twists and turns in this one. Another famous, your relatives are well known..Aurors, headmasters..others..you are a tough one. You are loyal, you are smart and cunning too. But I see slyness so slytherine is an option. But you are also very brave..I can put you in any of these houses but hmmm decisions decisions..pure blood, must make good of this one.. GRYFINDOR!" It yells and I let out a deep sigh. The table cheers and I walk over to sit between Fred and Krum.
