Amy's POV

The plane ride was long and tiring but she finally made it back to the states. One good thing about the army thinking your dead is that your stuff was already shipped back to your family. When she got to the airport she realized a couple things; one she has no idea how to get to Spencer, two she has no money to get a taxi and three she has no idea when the last time she was in D.C. Amy stared walking on the road after asking someone where the police station. She figured if she wanted to get to the B.A.U she could just head to the police station and ask some one to call Agent Gideon. So while she was walking she started to talk to herself "Hey Spencer remember when I was pronounced dead well surprise." she said with jazz hands or well hand. "No that's stupid. Umm SURPRISE no no that's not good either." Amy was talking when she didn't hear someone walking up behind her. "Guess who has one thumb and not dead. I'm gonna get shot, that is what will happen. My brother is going to shoot me and I deserve it."

"Excuse me Miss?" the man put his hand on her shoulder when she yelled and threw him over her. Amy jammed her knee into the man's sternum while holding her forearm to his throat. "Whoa relax I'm not gonna hurt you." the man choked out.

"I am so sorry." She helped the man up. "It was a reflex."

"Well dam good reflexes." He moved his shoulder. "In your defense I shouldn't have surprised you."

"Yeah but I wasn't gonna say anything." she said. The man looked over at her right sleeve but quickly looked back at her face. "It's okay I lost it while fighting in the Army. I actually just got home today."

"I'm sorry and thank you for your service." he held out his hand. "My name is Derek."

Amy shook his hand but gave him a confused look. "Derek? As in Derek Morgan?"

"Yeah do I know you?" Derek lowered his hand while Amy rubbed her head. She started to get dizzy again and the man, Derek, grabbed her arm to make sure she didn't faint. "Hey are you okay? Where are you going I can take you there." Amy stuttered out that she was trying to go to the police station. So he ushered her to his car and started his car. They sat there in silence for a while when Derek spoke up. "So why are you heading to the police station?" He looked over at the women who was fidgeting with her seat belt. He couldn't help but let out a breathy chuckle. She looked at him when he looked back at the road. "Sorry you remind me of one of my friends. Whenever he got nervous he would-"

"fidget with his bag yeah I know him." Amy smiled. "I need to actually go to the B.A.U and see my brother." Derek started putting two and two together, then he slammed on the breaks with wide eyes. Causing the lady to fly forward since she wasn't buckled up. "Owwww what the fuck man???" Derek had bug eyes ands just staring at her.

"what is your name?!"

"wh-"

"what is your name?" Derek pressured.

Amy sighed "My name is Amy alright, now I would like to go to the police station because I told my Coronal to fuck off and that I don't need a psych eval. I just need to see my younger brother who's name is Spencer." While they sat there just staring at each other Amy snapped her fingers and pointed at Derek. "Spencer's last letter...I'm such an idiot no wonder I knew that name. You're Derek Morgan, the profiler he works with duh." Amy face palmed her head softly and looked back over at him. "Spencer never mentioned me did he? I mean I don't blame him. I did "die" a few months into his job and who would want to talk about their dead sister with  co-workers they just met." Derek just sat there for a minute contemplating his options. He was surprised on how nonchalant this woman was talking to him about what she was saying. So he parked the car one the side of the road and called Garcia.
