Derek POV
A few months later
"They're not sleeping." Derek said as he looked over at the Reids. Amy was writing in a journal while Spencer sat there doing his paperwork.
"Derek I'm sure they are fine." JJ said. "Besides they are under a lot of stress." The Reids have been distant since Amy's first case. Even Hotch and Gideon called them into their offices to ask them questions. But they didn't find anything apparently because the Reids stayed at work. Then the Fischer case happened and Amy avoided talking to their mother. Richard tried to talk to her but Amy had just shut down and will not speak to anyone except her brother. Then everything that happened with Elle and now getting a new agent today. Richard walked over to his desk and sat down with a groan. Hotchner walked over with a lady standing next to him.
"Everyone this is Emily Prentiss, our newest team member." Hotch said as Prentiss waved. "Emily this is Agent Jennifer Jareau."
"JJ is fine." JJ smiled and shook Emily's hand.
"Agent Derek Morgan and Agent Richard Johnson." Johnson said hello and shook her hand while Derek waved at her. "You've already met our tech analyst, Garcia."
"I prefer tech genius thank you very much." Garcia walked behind JJ's chair.
"I've heard that there are a couple geniuses on the team." Prentiss said. Morgan cleared his throat and Prentiss looked over at him as he points to where the Reids are sitting.
"Doctor Spen-" Hotch stopped himself causing Derek to look at them. Spencer and Amy were gone. "They were just there."
"Over here Hotchy." Amy called out. They got more coffee and walked over to the team. "You must be Prentiss," Amy stuck her left arm out. "I'm Amy and this is my little brother Spencer." Emily shook her hand and held her hand out to Spencer. "He doesn't shake hands with new people."
"Really?" Emily asked as she put her hand down.
"Statistically, our hands carry on average 3,200 different germs belonging to more than 150 species of which some can be harmful and cause infection." Spencer said as he stared down at his coffee. Emily looked impressed as Spencer said that fact so nonchalant. Just them Strauss walked over to the team.
"Agent Reids, I need to speak to both of you." Strauss said sternly.
"Doctor." Amy said not looking at Strauss.
"Excuse me?" Strauss asked. Amy practically chugged her coffee and placed her mug down.
"I said Doctor. If you need to speak to my brother use his respected title. I don't give a shit if you call me Sargent or not but I'll be damned if you don't give my brother respect okay bitch?"
"Agent Reid, watch your tone when you speak to me."
"Respect goes both ways Strauss remember that. Besides you can't fire me even if you wanted too." Amy snarled back at her.
"My office. Now. Both of you." Strauss said coldly. Spencer placed his coffee down on his desk as Amy waited.

"я не знаю, но просто расслабься и позволь мне справиться с этим." Spencer only shook his head as they followed Strauss to her office.
"Anyone got a clue what they said?" Johnson asked.
"I got some of it but not all." Emily spoke up.
"You know Russian?" Derek asked.
