let's talk, hinata - chapter 8

Hinata POV

I feel as if I'm going through the stages of grief right now. I have a pounding headache and I just had my own mother tell me that stuff- I really am confused and EMBARRASED. I'm getting dressed for school and I honestly don't think I'm confident enough to wear a skirt around him so I'm going to wear some jean shorts instead. It's going to be warm today so that helps. I try to make myself forget the embarrassing stuff that happened at the party but it just keeps coming up in my head. What does Kageyama think? Frick. I'm just going to have to deal with it.

3rd Person POV

Hinata gets out of the door, trembling. He doesn't want Kageyama to think he doesn't know how to control himself. Meanwhile, Kageyama is already at school in the volleyball court. Coach Ukai seems to have figured out about the party yesterday. All of the boys stayed silent. Of course, except, Yamaguchi and Tsukishima. They both kept teasing Kageyama about a certain video Tsukishima posted on his private story. (a/n Because he's not t h a t mean.) The video consisted of Kageyama setting Hinata down on the Kitchen counter where he gave him water. However, from the angle the video was filmed, it looked like Kageyama was whispering into Hinata's ear. (a/n I'm just invisioning Yamaguchi standing in front of the camera throwing up a peace sign or something ahdbdjc) Kageyama was trying to explain to the team that he was just giving him water when Kiyoko started to speak.
"Hey, isn't that Hinata? He's getting tutored from Yachi."
"Hey! That is him! When did he get to the party?" Yachi asked. (a/n Yachi didn't go to the party.)

Ukai POV

These kids are a lot like me. I used to try and focus on romance and getting a girlfriend when In reality I was getting failing grades, and had no girls interested in me. However, how the tables have turned, now I like Take-

Hinata POV

Now it's 1st period and I feel like I'm going to puke I'm so nervous. Even though the only time in the day I see Kageyama is at Lunch, I'm so terrified I might run into him or one of his teammates. As I'm walking to the bathroom, I see Yachi, my tutor. I feel like I can trust her with a lot of things I tell her, since sometimes I just talk my head off when I'm with her. So, a couple times I let it slip about things about my past, and blah blah blah. Also, she's bisexual. She told me that I was the only one that knew the other day, and that's why I think I can trust her with my secrets too. Anyways, She starts walking up to me and I get surprised.
"Hinata! Let's talk, I've been looking for you!" she says. Huh? I'm worried. She brings me underneath a staircase and puts her hands on my shoulders.
"Did you know I was a manager for the volleyball team?" she says, looking for a response. My face goes blank.
"The volleyball team? For this school?" I ask.
"Yes, Hinata. The one that Kageyama is on."
