daily dose of lactose - chapter 2

Hinata's POV

After the day I helped him practice, I kept seeing him in the halls that week, even though I had no classes with him,since he was an upperclassman. And he would always go outside to the vending machine for milk. I overheard a few girls saying that his ex-boyfriend cheated on him. I was very surprised and happy that I figured out that he liked guys, since he was super hot, but figured he wouldn't be interested in a relationship of any kind since he as cheated on, which is heartbreaking.

I decided to talk to my mom about this boy, which name I still didn't know. "Honey, if you're thinking about him so often, I think you should try to talk to him, and become better friends with him, and at least learn his name *laughs*", my mom said. "Well, I know he goes to this vending machine like... every day," I said quietly. "Well that's it then! you sould go up and talk to him when he getting his daily does of lactose!" my mom said. I cringed at the bad joke, but I agreed with the idea.

~time skip~

I was woken up by my mom this time, clapping her hands and dancing around while opening up my creaky door to wake me up from my slumber. I groaned as I got out of my bed to see my mom had picked an outfit out for me. It was a pair of thigh high socks, with a baggy graphic tee, a blue skirt, and my black boots from the first day of school. My mom sat down on my bed saying, "I decided to pick out an outfit for you today, since you'll be be talkin' to a boooyyy~!" while she nudged me. I giggled as I signaled her to get out of my room so I could get ready for school. I put on the outfit, as I put on tiny earrings that matched the outfit perfectly. I went down to the kitchen and had some cereal and went on my way to school.

I thought to myself- "He must be pretty popular since I have heard people talk about him a lot" as I walked to school. This time, I walked the right way, and I walked into school. I stopped as I saw the raven-haired boy leaning on the side of the school looking lie he was waiting for somebody. I decided since he was already here, I might as well talk to him. I walked up to him with butterflies in my stomach as he spotted me and put his phone away. "Hi... I don't think I got your name last time I saw you," I said shakily. He replied- "Kageyama. and you are...?" "I'm Hinata!" I said with a slight smile on my face. He smirked back and asked me, "I was wondering... one of my friends are having a party tonight, do you want to come?" I was shocked he would ask me of all people that were around him, but I nodded and smiled, very excited about tonight.

Sorry this kinda left off on a cliffhanger... but incase anyone reads this, the next part sould be up tomorrow!
