a call from hinata - chapter 6

Kageyama's POV

I watch as they drive away, wondering how Hinata will react when his mom tells him what happened. I also remember that I put my number in Hinata's pocket before he left.

I walk back inside the house and everyone starts teasing me about how we would make a cute couple, as I get my stuff and leave. I have my own car, because I worked my ass off to buy it, and the team always make fun of me because I skipped school so many times to work, that I was in jeopardy of actually losing my job.

'You know, It's nothing like that, he's just a friend. And maybe, sure, I accidentally touched him a couple times in some bad places, but those were accidents.' I thought to myself while leaving.

I get in my car and leave, heading for my house. My parents are never home because of business trips, and 'vacations' gifted from their jobs, so I'm almost always home alone. I guess that's good for when I have my own house, but it's lonely sometimes with only one cat.

I walk inside my chilly house, and get into bed. I don't even bother changing because of how tired I am from carrying Hinata. He's suprisingly heavy for how short he is. I was hoping Hinata would be okay just with his mom, but I really hoped he didn't fall or anything. I say out loud, "After all I wouldn't want him to hurt his cute fa-" *RING*...*RING* "God damnit, that scared me." I say as I answer the phone. "Hello?" I say as I hear laughing from the phone.

"Hiii Kageyamaaaa it's me, Hinataaaa!" Hinata says while laughing hysterically. "Oh, Hi Hinata! I'm guessing you're still drunk, huh?" I say back to him.

H: "Well, it depends, becaaaauseee I still see blurryyyy and I'm looking at a picture of youuuu so I don't know if that changes anythinggg."

K: "A picture of me? *Checks Instagram* Ohhhhh it's looks, as if you liked a shirtless picture of me... before the party?"

H: "Oh, NOOOOooooOooo~ I've said too mUUUCCHHHH I got to goooo byeeee Yama Yamaaa~" *click*

"Yama Yama?" I laugh while putting my phone away. I lay down saying, "Goodniiiiiight." mocking Hinata.
