It started with a text,
You asked me how my day had been.My heart filled with bubbly-jittery mushiness,
I couldn't fit it in a sentence.Couldn't think of anything else,
So sent a "Hi" and a "How r u".You told me that you lost your love,
And I couldn't help but sinisterly blush.I'm sure it must've hurt so much,
But for me, it was a ray of hope.To prove my loyalty in all its glory,
I wish I could've shown you how much you're worthy.I asked you on a date a week later,
Married you a couple years after. It started with a text,
You asked me how my day had been.
